Foreign Ministers Work To Justify a Global Army

Just what Europe needs is an army like that of America but instead of the Commander Chief being elected by the People and for the People, the EU Members have better plans. They are sure the people ave know means to make the right decisions for themselves so the Ruling Class will nominate a Totalitarian Government to bring the People to their knees.
