Terror in Hamburg: Machete Rampage Kills One, Screamed ‘Allahu Akbar’

One was killed and four others were slashed when a machete-wielding Muslim went on a stabbing rampage at a supermarket in Hamburg, Germany, on Friday.

Daily Mail has the details:

The attacker is reported to have screamed 'Allahu Akbar' before running into the Edeka shop where he stabbed one person and slashed at four others while trying to flee. 

He was pursued by passers-by who wrestled him to the ground and called the police, who later arrested him. 

Authorities say there was “no valid information on the motive of the attacker.” Yes, because yelling praises to Allah could mean just about anything.

And get this: The 26-year-old suspect (pictured below), born in the United Arab Emirates,was known as an Islamist to police, according to the Times of Israel.

Witnesses described a horrifying scene:

“I thought I was in a horror movie, I thought he would kill me.”

“Suddenly I saw a man smeared with blood running along the other side of the road with a knife. He shouted out ‘Allahu Akbar’ as he was running.”

“As he was running out… he held up his arms and shouted ‘Allahu Akbar.’”

These people are pretty clear on the Muslim's motive.

Meanwhile in Minnesota this week:

Abdinzak Ahmed Farah allegedly threatened people in downtown Faribault with a knife on July 24.

According to the Faribault Daily News, Farah was reported by witnesses to be eating raw beef with the knife. Later Farah would start asking people if they wanted to play a game. Although Farah was asked to leave, he would later return to the area and start threatening people with that same knife. Eventually, Farah even proceeded to chase people with the knife and threw it at bystanders.

Eventually, Farah was confronted by a witness on the street who called the police. Farah threatened to kill the witness, saying, “I will kill whoever calls the police.” The witness then restrained Farah, reports the Faribault Daily News.
