Former US State Sec. Hillary Clinton twice rebuffed efforts to serve her with the defamation lawsuit promised by Democratic presidential hopeful Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii), whom Clinton called a “Russian asset.” Gabbard contends that Clinton’s remarks amount to defamation. After successfully dodging the notice of service by means of Secret Service and her personal attorney, Clinton has finally accepted them.
