And where in the Bible does it say people should refuse to take vaccines? Since you're Catholic, what Pope has ever said that? What happened to "love your neighbor as yourself," and incidentally, what happened to Romans 13: "Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended."

Isn't that how we ended polio? The messaging from the right is so extreme, just take a minute to think about what is being said, what is being pushed. Lies, lies, lies, and no policy from the right, no consistency, just power grabs, voting restrictions, and attacking The Other, even though The Other in many cases are American brothers and sisters. When did Trump try to overthrow democracy in America? "Voting restrictions?" What voting restrictions? Most African-Americans and Hispanics are in support of voter ID and find it nsulting to assume they can't find their way to the DMV or other ID-supplying source. Just because one does not want those not allowed to vote (i.e., illegally admitted persons; dead people; underage voters; non-citizens) does not amount to "voting restrictions"

You're correct... conservatives / Christians have been sitting on the couch while leftists have been dedicating their lives to advancing leftist policies and votes. I'm inspired to help register people to vote for the next election. A *fully* fallen, leftist, pagan, communist America would be a terrible thing for the world and for the faith.
Our Catholicism must be lived out not only in church, in our families, & in our jobs, but also - in a democracy - in our citizenship. We cannot let our good country fall to this Nazi-like regime.
