In New York, anti-Israel protesters targeted Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, screaming “Make sure they hear you, they’re in the window.” At a pro-Hamas rally in London, Palestinian activist Mohammed El-Kurd told the crowd “normalize massacres as the status quo.” In South Africa, the Jewish captain of the national cricket team was ousted for supporting Israeli hostages. The State House in Indiana passed a bill to adopt the IHRA working definition of antisemitism, which now moves to the State Senate.
This week CAM brought together Muslim and Jewish communal leaders to stand against rising antisemitism, and organized a Berlin art exhibit drawing attention to the plight of Kfir Bibas, the youngest Israeli held hostage who celebrated his first birthday in captivity.
