Civil Unrest Is Here: Violence Erupts In American Streets As Progressive Leaders Urge Their Followers To “Rise Up” And Prepare For A “Summer Of Rage”
Thousands of Syrian Refugees Are Fleeing Toward Israel’s Border, Posing a New Challenge
July 03 2018
JERUSALEM — Israel’s message has been clear, its red lines repeatedly emphasized: It does not want to get embroiled in the ongoing civil war in Syria.
But as the fighting draws ever closer to its northern border and as an estimated 11,000 internally displaced Syrians have flooded the immediate area in recent days, maintaining such a policy might prove challenging.
Forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad, backed by Russian airstrikes, are in the midst of a final push to recapture territory held by various rebel groups. The United Nations said Monday that 270,000 people have fled their homes to escape bombardments in the nearby province of Daraa, according to the news agency Reuters.
Most have headed toward their country’s other southern neighbor, Jordan, whose border remains closed. But some have turned toward Israel, trying to get as close as they can to the border, where the Israeli military keeps a close eye on events and where, according to local media reports, they feel relatively safe.
In a tweet Friday, Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman said the situation was being closely monitored. He offered Israel’s help but stopped short of saying that his country would become a haven for Syrians.
“We will continue to preserve Israel’s security interests and, as always, we are prepared to provide any humanitarian aid to women and children, but we will not accept any Syrian refugees into our territory,” he wrote.
On Sunday, the Israeli military announced it was reinforcing its artillery and armored units in the area in light of what was happening across the border.
Still formally at war with Syria, Israel has waded into the conflict only sporadically, to curtail Iran’s growing influence in the region or deal with spillover from battles along its border. And despite international pleas, Israel has consistently pushed back against taking in refugees, even as neighboring countries such as Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey have accepted hundreds of thousands of Syrian civilians.
However, Israel has been active in providing humanitarian aid and medical services to those who arrive at its border. Exactly a year ago, together with international aid agencies, the army established a field hospital in the occupied Golan Heights, part of what it calls Operation Good Neighbor, although it did offer covert help before then.
Over the past year, the army says, approximately 6,000 Syrian civilians have received treatment and thousands more have visited Israeli hospitals. It has also transferred vast amounts of food, gasoline and essential medical equipment to the Syrian population along Israel’s border.
Responding to the influx of people in the area last week, the Israeli military said it had increased those efforts. On Friday, it sent over hundreds of tents, additional food supplies and other items. On Saturday, it allowed six Syrians, including four children, to cross into Israel for emergency medical treatment.
But to some, Israel is not doing enough. Writing in the Israeli daily Haaretz, former military spokesman Peter Lerner called Liberman’s zero-refugee policy “morally questionable.”
“Israel should make exceptions to its ‘no entry’ policy for refugees, especially orphaned children who are in dire need,” Lerner wrote. And, if Israel will not allow them in, he said, it should at least establish a “safe zone” on the eastern side of the border.
Moshe Zimmermann, a historian at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, said that as long as Syria remains an enemy country, Israel will not open its gates to Syrian refugees. But based on “Jewish faith and its past, Israel should have opened the border a long time ago,” he said.
Zimmermann said Israel has two options in response to the recent developments — open its border or push the international community to create a zone in southern Syria where Israel can bring in medical help and other support for those fleeing the fighting.
Gal Lusky, founder and chief executive of Israel Flying Aid, a nonprofit that has been instrumental in getting aid from Israel into Syria, said such a zone is essential because “Israel is the only access point to help these people.”
“I don’t think Israel should take in these people, but it should make sure there is a wide-enough buffer zone so they can be safe,” she said. “Women and children are not to blame for this situation, and we need to do what we can now, because I don’t know if we will have access to them in the coming months.”
The commander of Operation Good Neighbor said it was too early to know what would happen in the coming days or weeks as Syrian forces continue their offensive. “It is possible there will be a cease-fire. We need to wait and see,” said the commander, who spoke on the condition of anonymity in accordance with military protocol. “But I believe that we will continue providing aid for as long as they request our assistance and as long as we can provide it.”

Walmart Boycott Campaign Launched After Outcry Over ‘Impeach 45’ Clothing
July 03 2018
Walmart has found itself on the receiving end of a torrent of outrage after it was discovered Monday that the superstore was selling anti-Trump “Impeach 45” apparel on its website.
The outcry sparked a #BoycottWalmart trend on Twitter as users expressed their distaste for the chain promoting the impeachment of President Trump, echoing some Congressional Democrats.

Ryan Fournier, chairman of the group Students for Trump, was one of the first to discover Walmart was selling the clothing item, according to the International Business Times. He asked the company in a tweet, “What kind of message are you trying to send?”
One user accused Walmart of joining the “far left.”
Old Glory is the company that sells the “Impeach 45” apparel and it’s not the only one. A quick search on Walmart.com revealed three other companies selling Trump impeachment merchandise.
A search for “Make America Great Again” apparel yielded plenty of hats, T-shirts and coffee mugs as well.
A request for comment by Fox News wasn’t immediately returned.
It’s not the first time Walmart has caused a stir.
The store came under fire in November after a shirt design that read “Rope. Tree. Journalist. SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED” was listed on its website through an outside company.
Teespring had their shirts pulled off the Walmart website days later.

Rise in Anti-Trump Idolatry Setting Stage for End-Of-Days Showdown Between Good and Evil
July 02 2018
Sales of tarot cards have risen sharply in the last year as self-proclaimed witches claim that divination and dark-magic are effective in opposing President Trump. One end-of-days expert cites this as an illogical yet divinely guided step in setting the stage for the Messianic showdown in which the two sides, Good and Evil, are clearly defined.
The BBC published an article last week noting a 30-percent increase in sales in tarot cards last year, citing data collected by US Games Systems, a publisher of tarot games. Tarot may be a modern trend but it’s roots are ancient, with some sources claiming the deck has its origins in the Book of Thoth, a legendary tome of Egyptian occult and idolatry. Based on four suits, tarot cards are similar to common playing cards but with some significant differences that serve its primary purpose: divination.
The Latin root of the word ‘divination’ means “to foresee, to be inspired by a god,” but the Torah expressly forbids the practice.
“Let no one be found among you who consigns his son or daughter to the fire, or who is an augur, a soothsayer, a diviner, a sorcerer.” Deuteronomy 18:10
Rabbi Daniel Asore, a member of the Sanhedrin, noted that the anti-divine aspect of divination is precisely the reason why the practice is proscribed and considered one of the more egregious forms of evil.
“Diviners and witches both try to take God out of heaven, out of the world, and replace him with ‘self’,’” Rabbi Asore told Breaking Israel News. “They assign the power to nature and try to control it using esoteric methods that do not include God. This has ancient roots but in our era, it has taken on the appearance of New Age. Even if it looks modern, it is exactly the same as the idol worship we read about in the Bible.”
Rabbi Asore explained how divination works as an anti-God mechanism.
“New Age wants to convince people that they are divine, that the power is inside of them,” Rabbi Asore said. “They want to disconnect people from the Bible and prayer, which sets God firmly in all of Creation, in every aspect of your life.”
“Atheists, like all Satanists, see themselves as the ultimate authority, independent of any higher rule, so morality becomes entirely subjective,” he said. “Since the self is the center of the universe, they are anarchists, believing in limiting the world’s population through war, abortion, and non-productive relationships. Nature has usurped God’s eternal aspect, so the individual is the all.”

Tarot is making a comeback in other forms as well. Last May, Dior, one of the the most prominent names in fashion, based their summer collection on a feminist version of the tarot deck. The image from the death card, a skeleton huddled in a fetal position encircled by a molting snake, featured prominently in their line of casual wear.
Karen Vogel, the designer of the feminist tarot deck that served as the model for Dior explained the choice of the death card.
“It’s not necessarily about physical death,” says Vogel. “[It’s about] the beauty of the shedding of the skin that a snake does, that we can transform our lives.”
In an interview with BBC, Vogel credited the current interest in tarot to the election of Donald Trump.
“Our societies are going through an extreme sense of alienation,” Vogel said. “People are lonely and angry. Tarot helps them to cope with insecurity in these difficult times.”
The BBC article cited another occult phenomenon as a negative reaction to Trump’s election: the #Magic Resistance movement, a monthly call on social media to curse the president using explicitly arcane methods. Rabbi Asore explained the use of witchcraft and divination in politics is “Witchcraft, or its real name, Satanism, is explicitly a power struggle, which is why it is so readily dragged into politics. Satanism, in its essence, pits the adversary against God.”. “Though this power struggle has been brewing throughout history, today, when we are so close to Moshiach (Messiah), the role it is playing in politics could not be clearer.
“The politicians who believe that man can control all aspects of the world are coming from a belief system based in Satanism, whether knowingly or not,” Rabbi Asore said. “This New Age form of witchcraft and divination is idolatry dressed up so it can be used as a tool of the New World Order.”
Rabbi Pinchas Winston, an end-of-days expert and prolific author, noted that tarot and black magic were an incongruous choice for atheists and people who rejected religion.
“If you want to be secular or atheist, if you say that you went to a church or synagogue and rejected it, that is okay,” Rabbi Winston told Breaking Israel News. “But to go to something that is straight-up idolatry, openly embracing evil, that is not a logical decision.”
“Anytime people act illogically and don’t notice it, it is a sign that Divine hands are setting the stage,” Rabbi Winston said, explaining that this was all part of a “Messianic endgame.”
“According to Jewish sources, the end-of-days will see an enormous polarization of good and evil,” Rabbi Winston said. “This is so that when we stand before God and he asks us ‘why didn’t you choose good?’, no one can say they couldn’t see the difference, that good and evil were not obvious. No one can say that they were kind of good. The end-of days is all or nothing, with the ramifications clearly spelled out.”
Winston explained that this process of clear good versus clear evil was clearly true in how American politics has played out in recent years.
“Obama was the first step of this polarization but he was able to hide most of the polarization and dress it up as social justice,” Winton said. “He could hide the evil he promoted, make it sound like good. So people who supported him could support evil but give the excuse that it was reasonably presented as good. To accomplish that, they need to be masters of disguise, to hide the truth even from themselves. They need to embrace Hollywood. They need for it to be all about appearances and subjective reality because the truth is too painful.”
“Trump is one step further,” Rabbi Winston said. “There is no hiding. You either love him or hate him, and he doesn’t know how to hide the truth in pretty words. Good and evil are laid out for everyone to see.”

Australia Cuts Funds to Palestinian Authority Over Terror Ties
July 03 2018
The Australian government officially “terminated” its annual donation to the Palestinian Authority this week, saying they cut the funds after the PA refused to comment on whether foreign money was being funneled to the families of deceased terrorists.
Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop unveiled her government’s decision on social media Monday, saying the money will be directed to the United Nation’s Humanitarian Fund instead.

“I wrote to the Palestinian Authority (PA) on 29 May, to seek clear assurance that Australian funding is not being used to assist Palestinians convicted of politically motivated violence,” writes Bishop.
“I am confident that previous Australian funding to the PA through the World Bank has been used as intended. However, I am concerned that in providing funds for this aspect of the PA’s operations there is an opportunity for it to use its own budget to activities that Australia would never support,” she adds.
