CNN's Zakaria: Trump's Core Voters Were Anti-Immigrant, Misogynistic, Homophobic, Stupid Racists

CNN's Zakaria: Trump's Core Voters Were Anti-Immigrant, Misogynistic, Homophobic, Stupid Racists

"Older white, non-college educated Americans have the sense that their country is changing."

Still struggling to come to grips with Hillary Clinton's election loss, the leftist media -- CNN in particular -- keeps grasping desperately for explanations that will make sense to them, since they can't accept the glaring facts that Hillary was an abomination of a candidate, and America was sick of the direction in which Progressive elites had steered the country over the previous eight years.
In a new CNN special titled "Why Trump Won," Fareed Zakaria predictably declared that Trump's core supporters in the election were older white bigots who resented a black president, working women, gays and immigrants.
Host Alisyn Camerota, herself part of the left's breed of proud activist journalists, introduced Zakaria on her show to preview his special. He began by noting that Trump started "feeling the currents of America in very much an intuitive way -- I don't think he had any articulated sense -- and he began to feel a few things. The anger -- the anger against politicians. Remember, he runs on the Reform Party -- he tries to run on the Reform Party ticket for a while and then he begins to see the toxic energy on the far right. Remember, his first political moves are birtherism."
"Absolutely," Camerota interjected pointlessly.
Zakaria went on to offer up the usual, leftist media's kneejerk dismissal of Trump voters as resentful white troglodytes:
...and he knew that the election of a black president had stirred a kind of ugly racial animus among some people -- probably a small subset -- but he knew a way to get directly to them. So all of it combined and it was a man who met his moment. At the point at which Donald Trump is elected is literally the low point in trust for politicians in Washington. It's a 50-year low and that's when Donald Trump, you know -- so he got his timing right, which all great performers need.
[...]
The other factor is culture. A real sense of cultural alienation that the older white, non-college educated Americans have the sense that their country is changing because of immigrants. Because maybe blacks are getting -- rising up to a kind of central place in society. Because of, you know, gays being afforded equal rights. Because of, frankly, a lot of working women. You know, everybody is sort muscling in on the territory that if you think about it, the white working man had.
Then Zakaria not-so-subtly patted himself, Camerota, and other "educated, cosmopolitan elites" on the back:
And the final one is class -- social class. We don't talk about it a lot but the election of Donald Trump is really a kind of class rebellion against people like us. You know, educated professionals who live in cities who have, you know, cosmopolitan views about a lot of things. And I think there's a whole part of America that is sick and tired of being told what to do by this, you know, over-educated, professional elite that Hillary Clinton, in many ways, perfectly represented, and that's why they're sticking with him.
You were partially right, Fareed: Americans are sick and tired of being insulted and lied to by the smug, "cosmopolitan" elitists that you and CNN represent. So keep it up and watch Trump win the next election too.

’The Emoji Movie’ and its Progressive Agenda Fail Hard Among Critics

’The Emoji Movie’ and its Progressive Agenda Fail Hard Among Critics

Is there an emoji for “We told you so?”

Sony’s The Emoji Movie was praised by one of its lead voice actors, T.J. Miller, for being a tool to combat President Trump and to target children so they will “adopt progressive values.” But to no one’s surprise, the movie is one giant emoji turd.
The critics have spoken — the majority being leftists — and the universal feeling among all of them is:
Top critics give the movie a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and counting all the reviews, it rises only to 6%. A total flop that no amount of identity politics could save.
“Please, never again,” one critic wrote.
“Hear that? It’s the end of the world,” stated The New York Post.
The Hollywood Reporter cracked a stinging whip: “If only this smartphone-centric dud, so happy to hawk real-world apps to its audience, could have done the same in its release strategy - coming out via Snapchat, where it would vanish shortly after arrival. But even that wouldn't be fast enough.”
For many of the critics, even the fact that the female Jailbreak character, voiced by Anna Faris, was a feminist didn’t win them over.
“Throwing in a Casablanca reference and some lip service to feminism (“Did you know female emojis could only be brides and princesses once upon a time?” Jailbreak says) doesn’t really help in a movie that only wants to dumb us down,” said TimeOut New Yorkcritic Tomris Laffly.
Entertainment Weekly’s Darren Franich, who gave the movie an F, complained the progressive values weren’t pushed hard enough:
Jailbreak comes on strong with language that promises at least one of the three male screenwriters read Jezebel once: “Women are always coming up with stuff that men are taking credit for!” she says, and “On the first Emoji set, women were either a princess or a bride!”
Of course, Jailbreak is secretly a princess, spoiler alert, who cares… but when she is finally called upon to do some hacking, she can’t figure out a single password to get through a firewall until Gene tells her offhandedly if he were creating the password, “I’d probably use the name of a girl I liked.” Of course she says “I’m not just some princess waiting for my prince” right before she decides to return to the main-character male Emoji and help him on his journey of Messianic fulfillment, literally at one point saying “It’s because of you.”
But despite the thrashing by critics, The Emoji Movie came in second over the weekend with over $25 million at the box office, behind the war film Dunkirk. That means parents are giving Hollywood money to indoctrinate their children and that means the leftist messages will only get stronger.

Arrests, Deportations of Illegals in North Texas Up 40% Under President Trump

Arrests, Deportations of Illegals in North Texas Up 40% Under President Trump

The lawbreakers say they are living in “fear.” We say, good!

Crime shouldn’t pay, but that hasn’t been the case with illegal aliens in the United States. But thanks to a crackdown by the Trump administration, arrests and deportations are skyrocketing.
It’s working especially well in North Texas, where reports show a near-doubling of arrests and deportations. CBS Dallas/Fort Worth learned that Immigration and Customs Enforcement report an almost 40% increase in arrests and deportations:
According to ICE, 2,586 undocumented immigrants were arrested in the first five months of 2016. In that same time period this year, 4,969 undocumented immigrants have been taken into custody. That’s an increase of almost 40 percent.
Under the Obama Administration, ICE focused on so-called “criminal” immigrants, those who had felonies and other rap sheets. In the first 100 days of the Trump administration, ICE arrested 4,155 criminal immigrants and 814 non-criminal. In 2016, ICE arrested 2,337 criminal immigrants compared to 249 non-criminal immigrants.
One Fort Worth resident, Tim Bothe, said the deportations should be at 100%. "It’s our country. Are we not supposed to protect our rights and our families and all our citizens here in America?” he asked.
ICE has vowed to “no longer exempt any class of individuals from removal proceedings if they are found to be in the country illegally,” and that’s keeping with the promises Trump made on the campaign trail.
One illegal alien willing to talk anonymously to CBS 11 said  her family lives in a constant state of fear.
“It’s pure fear now,” the woman said. “If I talk to other immigrants, it’s the same. Just fear.”
She has been in the U.S. illegally for the last seven years. She has been working to save money to pay for her children’s education back in Mexico. Since the election, her family has been saving up money.
“We already bought boxes so we can start packing our things and sending them to Mexico,” she added.
Yes, that’s called doing the right thing. Come back when you’ve gone through the proper channels and then, you can live here without fear.

Chicago Records 402nd Murder This Year, On Track to Outpace 2016

Chicago Records 402nd Murder This Year, On Track to Outpace 2016

What a delightful place to call home.

Chicago has recorded its 402nd murder for the year and that means the city is on track to outpace 2016’s record fatalities.
In July alone, there were 74 people murdered and 410 total shooting victims across 321 sooting incidents. Not included in any of these numbers are shootings on area expressways, according to NBC 5. So, add 25 more shootings that have been reported on Chicago expressways, which also injured at least six people.
Chicago PD reports that shootings on the whole are actually down 13% over last year but that isn’t stopping the death toll from rising.
As TruthRevolt reported on Monday, a 4-year-old and his mother are two of the most recent victims of gang violence in the city. This year’s Fourth of July went down as one of Chicago’s most violent holiday weekends seeing over 100 people shot. Last year, that number was 66.
Here are some of the steps CPD has been taking to curb the violence:
Chicago police reported last month that they have removed more than 5,000 guns this year off Chicago streets. The department has also rolled out several initiatives this year, including a high-tech ballistics van that was sent as part of the partnership with the ATF. That same partnership also sent 20 permanent ATF agents to the city, along with federal prosecutors, with the purpose of "prioritizing prosecutions to reduce gun violence, and working with our law enforcement partners to stop the lawlessness.”
And yet, in a city where gun control is some of the strictest in the nation, the murder rate continues climbing.
As noted by NBC 5: “Last year, the month of August became the deadliest month in two decades with 90 murders in 31 days. By the end of the month, the city had recorded just over 470 homicides for the year.”
Looks like Chicago is in for another record-breaking year.

Trump More Dangerous than Kim Jong-Un, Says Journalist And they both have such CRAZY hair!

Trump More Dangerous than Kim Jong-Un, Says Journalist

And they both have such CRAZY hair!

During the Q&A program, which airs on ABC in Australia, American journalist and author Mei Fong compared Donald Trump to North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un.
“The one unstable element now is the other world leader with the powerful nuclear weapons and the crazy hair, which is Donald Trump, not Kim Jong-un,” Fong said Monday night.
Fong, formerly of The Wall Street Journal, complained that Trump isn’t taking a strong enough leadership role in handling the North Korean missile crisis. And add to that, Trump pulling America out of the Paris climate agreement, and Fong says the U.S. has “gone into a hermit-like position.”
“If I were to think of 2017 as a symbol, I would think of it as a clam,” Fong added, before chiding the president:
“He’s unpredictable, everybody has said that. Everything you thought a President of the US would not do, some thing’s he has done. On the foreign policy, perhaps he hasn’t done anything as radical as he has done internally, domestic policy. But this week it could change.”
Another panelist and foreign affairs editor at The Australian, Greg Sheridan, said he believes Trump to be “a completely unacceptable person to be president” but said it would be best if Australia remains a strong ally:
“So, what is smart for Australia to do through this period is to try and preserve the alliance and get what good we can out of Trump. There are a few good things in Trump. He’s appointed a better cabinet and he hasn’t done most of the radical things that he said. He speaks like a madman, but so far he hasn’t done truly mad things.
At the end of the day, there is no substitute for America. China cannot substitute for America.”
Australia’s defense department has been considering all possibilities of how to deal with Jong-un and North Korea. The dictatorship has singled out Darwin as a target for one of its nuclear warheads. Aussie military has been in talks with the U.S. on how to handle this “clear and present danger,” a government official stated.
Sounds like they sure need “Trump Jong-un,” doesn’t it?
Fong joins the chorus of others before her who have tired of the more typical Hitler comparisons in favor of lil’ Kim, like leftists Joy Behar and Chris Matthews, both of whom are nervous that Trump’s fingers are near the nuclear button. Until they need those fingers to protect them, of course.
