Democrat Claims Johnson Isn’t the Real Speaker – Then He Reveals Who ‘Really Is’ in Charge
From the moment Mike Johnson was elected Speaker of the House, Democrats panicked. One newscaster called him Jim Jordan in a suit and smile. It seems like liberals fear this Bible-loving conservative and what he might do to upend their agenda.
Already, Johnson has scored wins for Americans. He has landed deals to keep the government open. And he has shut down questionable spending bills backed by Senate Democrats.
It seems like Johnson is ruffling all the right feathers. Now, one Democrat lawmaker is having a breakdown. He claimed Johnson isn’t the real House Speaker. But this guy is.

“I don’t know who Mike Johnson is. It’s clear Donald Trump is Speaker of the House,” [Rep. Jared Moskowitz] told Al Sharpton…“[Trump] wants to change how the United States is viewed around the world,” Moskowitz said. “I mean, the idea that he wants to get back into office, and he wants to have better relationships with China and Russia, right, who are trying to destabilize the world should send literally shivers down Americans’ spine. You know, he talks about, Joe Biden is going to start World War II — by the way, that happened in the ’40s — but Donald Trump, what he’s talking about dealing with Russia, if Russia would start invading Europe, that would start World War III, by the way. Donald Trump is talking about that and setting the stage.”
It appears Democrats are still using Donald Trump as an excuse for everything. Even though he hasn’t been in office since 2021, Democrat Jared Moskowitz claims he is the real Speaker of the House—not Mike Johnson.
This appears to be the new narrative coming from the party. Joe Biden is trying to blame Trump for the border crisis that began during Biden’s administration. Democrats tried to use the border crisis to get more money for Ukraine. When they didn’t get it, they shifted the blame on Trump.
Moskowitz appeared to go on a rant, claiming Trump said Biden wants to start “WWII.” It’s obvious Moskowitz hasn’t listened to a single Trump rally. He continued to claim that Trump was behind the decision to impeach DHS head Mayorkas—when Republicans have been calling for that vote for months.
Despite all the time that has passed, Democrats still are suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome. It could be that they really believe Trump will get reelected in November and they are doing everything they can to stop that.
Regardless, Speaker Johnson has been winning support from Republican voters. And he will likely continue to be a thorn in the left’s side for as long as he’s Speaker.
