Details Emerge on WOKE FAA Dangerous Situation

One of the reasons the FAA is dangerously short on Air Traffic Controllers is because they turned away at least 1,000 fully qualified applicants. They weren’t hired because they aren’t “minorities.” Applications turned in by Whites, especially White males, were simply tossed in the trash. Apparently it’s true that racist Democrat DEI hiring practices had a significant role to play in D.C.’s recent crash catastrophe.

FAA discrimination

The FAA was defending a class action lawsuit long before an American Airlines passenger plane and a Black Hawk helicopter collided over Washington, D.C.

It seems that the Federal Aviation Administration was hit with the suit last year. Plaintiffs allege the agency “had denied 1,000 would-be air traffic controllers jobs because of diversity hiring targets.

That’s a crucial revelation since “it was revealed staffing levels were ‘not normal‘ at the time of this week’s deadly midair collision.” On January 31, “complaints” about FAA hiring policies resurfaced.

At least 67 people were killed “in the country’s deadliest aviation disaster in almost a quarter century.” Progressive policies may not be the only cause but seem to be a major contributing factor to the crash.

As detailed in the litigation, lead plaintiff Andrew Brigida alleges that the FAA was so obsessed with “diversity hiring and inclusion” that “an accident was likely to happen.” It has happened, exactly as predicted.

The controller watching over both the commercial jet and the military chopper was doing the job of two that day. After a colleague was allowed to check out early. One day after a flight had to be waved off from landing due to a near miss.

Biographical assessment

The job is a critical one which the flying public relies on for their lives. While Barack Obama was occupying the White House, the FAA “dropped a skill-based system for hiring controllers and instead replaced it with a ‘biographical assessment‘ in an alleged bid to boost the number of minority job applicants.

They would rather hire a transgender person of color, with no clue on how to direct air traffic, over any fully qualified Caucasian.

Andrew Brigida happens to be a White male. That’s the only reason he wasn’t hired.

They turned away at least 1,000 fully qualified applicants.

After graduating “from Arizona State University’s collegiate training initiative in 2013,” he “was turned down for a job even though he had scored 100% on his training exam.” He’s suing the FAA on behalf of everyone else who was treated the same way.

The preliminary air collision report, issued by new management at the FAA, admits that “understaffing resulted in a controller pulling double duty — overseeing helicopters while also guiding arriving and departing planes on the busy airport’s runways” Two people should be doing those jobs.

The airport’s air traffic control facilities have been understaffed for years — with only 19 fully certified controllers on deck as of September 2023.” You can expect the FAA to be changing their hiring policy in the very near future.

Indictment of Clinton, Obama and Biden by Chris Dorsano February 1, 2025;Convene a grand jury in some Republican jurisdiction and indict Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and the rest of them for the Russia collusion hoax. One law for all

Indictment of Clinton, Obama and Biden

indictment

It was recently announced that the Georgia state grand jury indicted Donald Trump and 18 other co-defendants on felony racketeering and conspiracy charges.

Despite no evidence of election fraud, many of Trump’s supporters are condemning what they view as an attempt to undermine the former president and his political allies.

While some Republicans have expressed support for the indictment, others have argued that it sets a dangerous precedent in terms of politicizing criminal justice proceedings.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis stated that “the indictment alleges that rather than abide by Georgia’s legal process for election challenges, the defendants engaged in a criminal racketeering enterprise to overturn Georgia’s presidential election result.”

This statement implies that those charged were aware of their actions being illegal or unethical, yet chose to pursue them anyway.

This is where things get interesting – all of those charged had been associated with President Trump at some point during his tenure in office.

This includes current White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, top Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark, several lawyers associated with Trump’s campaign (Jenna Ellis, Robert Cheeley, Kenneth Chesebro), senior editor at Breitbart Joel Pollak as well as others from outside politics such as pastors Stephen Lee and Ray Smith who were tied to intimidation of election workers.

It is important to note that 30 unindicted co-conspirators were also mentioned which suggests a wide range of people may have been involved in this alleged scheme.

Donald Trump’s legal team released an official statement following the announcement saying “the events that have unfolded today have been shocking and absurd.

They went on to criticize how information regarding the indictment had been leaked even before witnesses had testified or grand jurors had deliberated.

Whether these claims hold any merit remains unclear but judging by its response it appears clear that Trump’s team does not believe he should be held accountable for any wrongdoings related to this case.

Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz echoed similar sentiments when he said “if you’re going after the man running for president against your person, you have to have the strongest case. Otherwise, it becomes a banana republic. Anybody can prosecute anybody….we’re opening the door to prosecution of Democrats by Republicans, Republicans by Democrats”.

He went on further warn about “what Alexander Hamilton wrote in The Federalist” being “the most dangerous threat to democracy” before concluding his thoughts by stressing how strongly he felt about protecting our constitutional rights regardless if he supported Trump or not.

Supreme Court Strikes Down Dem Power Grab By Sandy Ravage -February 2, 2025

Reminder: The Texas Supreme Court has struck down an attempt by local Democrat leaders to blatantly violate Governor Greg Abbott’s ban on mask mandates.

While Republican Governor Greg Abbott is looking out for the freedoms of Texans, Democrats in San Antonio and Dallas are attempting to institute authoritarian mask mandates for children in schools.

According to the Republican argument, the parents deserve the right to make decisions as to what is best for their kids. The Democrat argument is that the government has the right to overrule parents and make decisions about what is best for children.

Despite the Democrats’ best attempts, the Texas Supreme Court granted stay orders on August 15th, temporarily blocking the Democrats’ mask mandates.

The Office of the Texas Attorney General celebrated the court’s decision in a statement on Twitter, which reads: “Today, SCOTEX has ordered Dallas Co and Dallas ISD to follow Exec. Order GA-38. Local mask mandates are illegal under GA-38. Let this ruling serve as a reminder to all ISDs and Local officials that the Governor’s order stands.”

Governor Abbott also sent out a tweet about the decision, dispelling the common Democrat talking point that Republicans are banning masks.

“The Texas Supreme Court imposes a temporary halt to lower court decisions that overruled the State ban on mask mandates. The ban doesn’t prohibit using masks. Anyone who wants to wear a mask can do so, including in schools,” the tweet read.

Despite the Texas Supreme Court’s decision, the Democrats in charge of Dallas ISD have announced that they will be violating the court’s orders by requiring masks for anyone on district property, as students officially returned to campus starting Monday, August 16th.
