In 1788, Alexander Hamilton said, "The State governments possess inherent advantages, which will ever give them an influence and ascendancy over the National Government, and will forever preclude the possibility of Federal encroachments. That their liberties, indeed, can be subverted by the federal head is repugnant to every rule of political calculation."
And it is ultimately the rights OF THE PEOPLE that are INALIENABLE GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS that neither STATE nor FEDERAL nor ANY GOVERNMENT can take from them. The current Federal Government is ANTICHRIST and is NOT "Romans 13 authority". We the body of Christ, the royal priesthood, the chosen generation, the holy nation are the Romans 13 authority. WE THE PEOPLE are the Romans 13 authority in Christ under God in this nation.
This is the truth -- and this Federal Government that has MURDERED 50,000,000 innocent babies in abortion is REJECTED BY GOD, HATED BY GOD, and is NOT the Romans 13 authority of this nation. Our founders TOOK their Romans 13 authority and REJECTED King George by receiving Jesus Christ as their King with the Government upon His shoulders. Our Christian founders of the United States of America were under the yoke of Christ submitted to God HAVING AND EXERCISING ROMANS 13 AUTHORITY FROM GOD to ABOLISH the Government of King George.
The Christians of this nation are soon to ARISE in the Spirit of God and ABOLISH the Federal Government of the USA in a REVIVAL OF THE SPIRIT that will spread as flames of the Holy Spirit across this nation from sea to shining sea. As with the previous Declaration of Independence -- there will be NO VIOLENCE in the abolishing of the Federal Government of the USA by the Romans 13 authority of God, His Word, His Spirit, our Lord and Savior and King Jesus Christ.
And, this time -- in this Declaration of Independence, the Federal Government (unlike King George) WILL HAVE NO POWER TO ASSAULT THE CHILDREN OF GOD ON THIS LAND with a violence or force in unwarranted aggression and assault against the Christians of this nation. This Declaration of Independence under God in His Sovereign rule and reign in Providence will not result in any "Revolutionary War" or "Civil War" fought on this land by natural means.
Rather, God will Himself move hearing the cries of His people. God will hear their return to Him as their KING and the GOD OF THIS NATION as a believing holy nation separated from the unbelievers and sanctified in Him. MARK MY WORDS OF PROPHECY. The move of the Spirit of which I speak is coming.
GOD IS OUR HOPE AND SALVATION!! And a Mighty Present Help in times of trouble.
WE WILL RETURN TO GOD WHO HAS TOLD THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF THE USA: "If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray, turn from their wicked ways, seek my face, then will I hear from Heaven, forgive their sins, and heal their land".
NO UNBELIEVER CAN STOP THE SAINTS OF GOD FROM RETURNING TO GOD SEPARATED FROM THE WORLD AND IN UNION ONLY WITH JESUS AND ONE ANOTHER -- as the true spiritual bride of Christ and holy nation -- the true Christian nation by spiritual rebirth -- on this land. MARK MY WORDS!! It begins... this spiritual renewal with no human violence about it but rather God Himself moving in Divine Providence as He moved for our founders... this year.

The Pentagon, White House and Capitol were evacuated in Washington, and thousands of alarmed workers scurried into the streets up and down the East Coast as the lunchtime quake sent items crashing down from store and office shelves.
"We were rocking," said Larry Beach, who works at the U.S. Agency for International Development in downtown Washington, 83 miles from the quake's epicenter. "It was definitely significant." Federal workers were sent home early.
