The web site domain hosting service GoDaddy has taken sides in the debate over the Texas abortion ban and apparently it has no problem with Texans killing its future customers.

Texas Right to Life has hosted a web site with GoDaddy called http://ProLifeWhistleblower.com that would help collect information about illegal abortions so abortionists and others responsible for killing unborn children can be held accountable. But GoDaddy sent the pro-life group a threatening communication telling it it would take down the web site and giving the organization just 24 hours to change locations.

GoDaddy now says that the website has less than 24 hours to find a new hosting provider. “Last night we informed prolifewhistleblower.com they have violated GoDaddy’s terms of service and have 24 hours to move to a different provider,” GoDaddy told Ars in a statement. GoDaddy previously confirmed the action to The New York Times and Newsweek.

GoDaddy told Ars that “the site violated multiple provisions, including, but not limited to, Section 5.2 of our terms of service.” That section is the one that prohibits sites from using GoDaddy to “collect or harvest… non-public or personally identifiable information” without people’s prior written consent.

In a response on its Twitter account, Texas Right to Life said it would not back down and would merely take the web site to another company to host that wouldn’t prevent it from gathering information on illegal abortions.

“Too bad for the mob: We will not be silenced. Anti-Lifers hate us because we’re winning. We’re transferring our assets to another provider and will have the site restored within 24-48 hours. Come back soon,” it said.

Kimberlyn Schwartz, Director of Media and Communication, followed up with LifeNews.com about GoDaddy’s threatening actions and censorship.

“We will not be silenced. If anti-Lifers want to take our website down, we’ll put it back up. No one can keep us from telling the truth. No one can stop us from saving lives. We are not afraid of the mob. We will not back down. Anti-Lifers hate us because we’re winning. Around 100 babies are being saved [daily] from our work on the Texas Heartbeat Act and they can’t stand it,” she said.

“Our IT team is already in process of transferring our assets to another provider and we’ll have the site restored within 24-48 hours. Come back soon,” Schwartz added.

Texas Legislator Explains How Babies Will be Saved Under the Texas Abortion Ban

Abortion advocates who insist Texas’ Heartbeat Act places bounties on pregnant women’s heads are misrepresenting the legislation, Republican Texas state Sen. Brian Hughes told the Daily Caller News Foundation Friday.

“I want to be very clear,” Hughes said. “There are no claims against the mother. We want to make sure folks realize that … I read a couple of places saying the mothers would receive criminal penalties. There are no criminal penalties in this bill at all. It’s driven by private civil enforcement against the doctor and against people who aid and abet the doctor and in doing illegal abortions.”

The new law, which bans abortions after a baby’s heartbeat can be detected, has particularly angered abortion proponents as it allows “any person” to sue doctors, abortion clinics, or anyone who “knowingly engages in conduct that aids or abets the performance or inducement of an abortion.”

Those who sue over an abortion may be awarded $10,000 “for each abortion” the defendant performed, induced, aided, or abetted in violation of the law.

Hughes, one of the original drafters and sponsors of the legislation, explained to the DCNF that the law requires a doctor to check for a fetal heartbeat before an abortion can be performed, and if a heartbeat can be detected, the abortion cannot go forward.

For someone to be liable under the law, he continued, such as a nurse or a friend who drove a woman to get an abortion, that person would have to know that the mother intended to abort a baby that had a heartbeat.

“The intent requirement is pretty specific as far as that goes,” he said.

If a doctor performs an abortion on a baby that has a heartbeat, the law is triggered, Hughes said, and anyone with evidence can bring a claim against the doctor. The most likely source would be an abortion clinic worker, a family member, or friend, or the mother herself, if she was coerced into the abortion.

Many activists and advocates have said that “anybody can sue anybody” under the new law, Hughes said, joking that as a practical matter, he cannot just wake up and say, “Oh, I think I’ll sue an abortionist in Houston today.”

“You don’t file a lawsuit unless you have evidence, unless you have a basis to file the lawsuit,” he said.

“There’s a couple reasons we went with private enforcement,” he explained. “You may have seen in the end of 2020, several district attorneys from around the country, many of them in Texas, published an open letter to the media and said, ‘You can pass a heartbeat bill, if you want to, but we will not enforce it.’ We’re talking about elected district attorneys sworn to uphold the law, sworn to enforce the law. And in Texas, our district attorneys in Dallas county and a number of other urban counties publicly stated, we will not enforce pro-life laws that you pass.”

In a move that Hughes said has surprised Texas Republicans, abortion clinics in Texas have reportedly stopped performing abortions on babies with heartbeats.

“All of our clinics are complying with the law,” Amy Hagstrom Miller, chief executive of Whole Woman’s Health, said earlier this week. “The tragedy is that we can only provide abortions for about 10% of the people that we could provide abortions for yesterday.”

“We didn’t expect them to all comply,” Hughes said. “We thought we’d have to sue them.”

Dan Crenshaw Calls For Military To Be “Unleashed”

(PatrioticPost.com)- After Thursday’s bombings outside of the airport in Kabul, US CENTCOM Commander General Frank McKenzie Jr. revealed that the US was communicating with the Taliban to make sure they know what the US expects of them in keeping US forces and civilians safe in Afghanistan.

McKenzie explained that the terror threat from ISIS-K is “completely real,” and the US is expecting more attacks to follow. He said that they were doing “everything we can” to prepare for those attacks.

But the “everything we can” appears to be “reaching out to the Taliban” because they are the ones “who are actually providing security” outside of the airport.

Security or a blockade?

Because it really seems more like both.

This revelation that the US military is relying on America’s enemy to keep Americans safe did not sit well here in the states — especially among those US veterans who served in Afghanistan during our twenty year war against the Taliban.

Congressman Dan Crenshaw, a former Navy SEAL and veteran of both Afghanistan and Iraq, expressed his outrage over McKenzie’s admission. In a tweet Thursday afternoon, Crenshaw responded with “You’ve got to be kidding me,” adding “Unleash our military power NOW.”

And Crenshaw wasn’t alone in his disgust.

During an appearance on the Dan Bongino Show, Afghanistan vet and Senate candidate Sean Parnell described watching the Biden administration “bend the knee” to the Taliban as “soul-crushing.”

On his Friday show “I’m Right,” host Jesse Kelly – a Marine veteran who fought in Afghanistan – barely contained his rage as he described just how furious and disgusted US servicemen and veterans are over Biden’s catastrophic betrayal.

While the government works with their new best friends in the Taliban, US veterans are stepping up to do the job Biden bungled. According to the New York Post, a volunteer group of highly-trained Afghanistan vets spent the past week secretly rescuing hundreds of allied operatives out of Afghanistan.

This weeklong secret mission, dubbed “Pineapple Express,” was carried out by a group of special operators made up of retired Green Berets and Navy SEALS. Up to five hundred Afghan allies and their families were rescued.
