‘I was like, what? It was like gone!’ AOC proves M*** is like living in her head with bizarre video rant
Billionaire Elon Musk’s dominance of the headlines over the past week may have stirred feelings of jealousy in Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who has leeched onto the new Twitter owner by picking a public fight with him.
The New York Democrat caught the Tesla/SpaceX CEO’s attention when she, like other emotionally wounded blue checks, whined about the new $8 per month fee that will be charged as a price for their privilege, with Musk skewering her and opening the door for the attention-craving socialist diva.
In a video posted to social media, the narcissistic congresswoman did what she does best, making it all about her which AOC did as she played the victim, accusing Musk of censoring her on the platform while stuffing pieces of food into her constantly running mouth.
“I was at a community event in the Bronx in Co-Op City, and when I get home, I see a text from my team saying, ‘Hey, let me know if you need any help with this Elon stuff,'” she said. “And I was like, ‘What?’ So I pulled my Twitter app and it’s like gone. Like, when you pull up your mentions and stuff like that, it’s just like literally like a blank screen, totally gone. And I was like, ‘Hm, that’s weird.’ So it turns out, we got under a certain little billionaire’s skin.”
The “Squad” commander also accused Musk of retaliation in a tweet – which wasn’t censored.
“Also my twitter mentions/notifications conveniently aren’t working tonight, so I was informed via text that I seem to have gotten under a certain billionaire’s skin 😂,” AOC wrote. “Just a reminder that money will never by (sic) your way out of insecurity, folks.”
The pride of New York’s 14th congressional district’s fragile psyche was wounded after she was skewered by Musk after her whining about the $8 fee.
Positioning herself as a champion of aggrieved, tightwad, elitist blue checks, Ocasio-Cortez continued to prod the new “Chief Twit” who has more important matters to deal with as he cleans up the mess left by the censorship regime at the San Francisco-based social media giant.
“Yo @elonmusk while I have your attention, why should people pay $8 just for their app to get bricked when they say something you don’t like?” Ocasio-Cortez goaded Musk with an image of a chicken. “This is what my app has looked like ever since my tweet upset you yesterday. What’s good? Doesn’t seem very free speechy to me 🤔”
However, her silly efforts at grabbing the spotlight didn’t impress many of her fellow Twitter users.
While Ocasio-Cortez’s obsession with Musk shows how little regard she has for her own actual constituents in the days before an election, the new Twitter chief has much more important things to do than feed her insatiable ego and craving for constant attention, like running a business, something that the bratty ex-bartender turned media celebrity has no way of relating to.
