Since Covid, we have seen a huge increase in demand for our unique accessible housing with 24/7 support on hand, and our Independent Living Advisory service which helps people remain independent in their own homes in the wider community.
Alongside increased applications for housing, for the first time since launching the service in 2018, we have had to manage a waiting list for our Independent Living Advisory Service.
We have a unique offering of housing and support for people with physical disabilities and vision impairments and we are the only organisation in the Jewish community providing these services. More and more people are turning to us for help as they have nowhere else to turn to.
We are committed to growing and developing to enable people from our community living with physical disabilities and vision impairments to live independently with dignity and choice.

‘Trans Day Of Vengeance’ Canceled Over Potential Violence Fears
Prior to the cancellation, TRAN wrote that the group does not “encourage violence and it is not welcome at this event.” The organization also wrote that the planned event was “about unity.”
Our Rights DC previously wrote, “vengeance means fighting back with vehemence.”
The organization also wrote that people “who had nothing to do with that heinous act have been subjected to highly serious threats and blamed only because of their gender identity. This is one of the steps in genocide, and we will continue our efforts to protect trans lives.”
While the activists wrote that the group still “wholeheartedly believe[s] in the mission and message we put forth for trans day of vengeance,” the event would be canceled.
