Vice President Kamala Harris confirmed Friday her first potential executive order would be to eliminate college degree requirements for specific federal jobs if she is elected into office in November.

Harris has faced backlash since becoming her party’s presidential nominee for flip-flopping on a handful of left-wing policies she once campaigned on prior to 2020.

However, during an event at an IBEW local union hall in Janesville, Wisconsin, Harris was explicitly clear on her intentions to eliminate “unnecessary degree requirements for federal jobs.”

The press is always asking me, ‘What are you going to do on day one?’ One of the things I’m doing on day one — because I can do it by executive order — is I will eliminate unnecessary degree requirements for federal jobs,” Harris said.

“And then I will challenge the private sector to do the same.”

Harris previously outlined a goal in September to reduce degree requirements for certain federal jobs to expand opportunities for individuals without a four-year degree, according to Reuters.

Data from the U.S. Census Bureau, released in early 2023, indicates that over 62% of Americans aged 25 or older do not hold a bachelor’s degree, with three out of five of those without degrees comprising the voter base in 2020.

The promise from the vice president comes after she previously told NBC News’ Yamiche Alcindor on Thursday that her first day priorities would revolve around her economic agenda, losing discussing how an “opportunity economy” will help Americans.

“Well, my first priority, which will be probably the package of bills, is about bringing down the cost of living,” Harris said.

“So it’s about housing, it’s about child care, it’s about what we need to do to deal with grocery prices. So it’s not one, it’s a package that is with one singular purpose, bringing down the cost of living.”

While Harris has reportedly tried to distance herself from President Joe Biden, she continues to face challenges in explaining how her presidency would differ from his.

Voters consistently cite the economy, inflation, and immigration as top concerns in the election.

Yet despite widespread disapproval of Biden’s performance, Harris recently told ABC’s “The View” that not “a thing” came to mind when asked what she would change from the past five years.

Democrats are determined to do whatever it takes to enshrine abortion into Florida’s constitution.

But they know to defeat Ron DeSantis’ Heartbeat Act, they have got to bring in the big guns.

And now the abortion lobby just ordered their dark money groups to drop millions into Florida.

George Soros is at it again

George Soros is an enemy of conservatives, but a rich one with unlimited access to cash.

And as part of his “legacy,” Soros has used his cash and connections to try and defeat every issue conservatives hold dear.

So, when he learned radical pro-abortion activists were determined to stick it to Ron DeSantis, Soros was quick to fork over millions of dollars to ensure Florida becomes the next abortion capital of America.

A true enemy of life, Soros has already donated millions to Florida to help pass Amendment 4, which would allow women to kill their babies for any reason.

Teaming up with other radical groups like Planned Parenthood, the abortion lobby is pulling together all their resources to defeat Pro-Lifers.

And it is working.

Conservatives may have a heart for life but they do not have the cash.

At least not bottomless pits of sketchy donors willing to dump millions into the abortion fight like the Democrats have.

The dark money web

With millions flowing into Florida, it is hard to keep straight where all the money is even coming from.

Democrats insist a “grassroots” effort is behind enshrining abortion into Florida’s constitution but all one must do is follow the money.

The main group supporting Amendment 4 is Floridians Protecting Freedom (FPF).

And their so-called “grassroots donors” are composed of the most radical left-wing people in America.

“Massive Democratic-aligned dark money networks, the Soros family, D.C.-based liberal advocacy groups and public-sector unions have rallied behind Floridians Protecting Freedom, spending millions to support the group’s effort to repeal Florida’s prohibition on abortion after fetal heartbeats are typically detected, campaign finance records show,” the Daily Caller wrote.

Not surprising.

But of course, FPF cannot admit to the public or promote to voters that Soros and other extremists are funding their pro-abortion campaign because the optics look bad.

Instead, they continue to insist that they represent “typical Floridians” who simply want their “reproductive freedoms” protected.

In reality, the abortion lobby wants to stick it to DeSantis and make the conservative state of Florida the next Ohio.

Kamala’s obsession with abortion

Kamala Harris continues to campaign around the country scaring women into believing if they vote for Donald Trump, he will prevent women from getting healthcare.

It is absurd.

But Democrats know Kamala is a bad candidate, and the only way they will get people to vote for her is to lie to voters and scare them.

And that is exactly what FPF is doing in Florida.

Ron DeSantis has already ordered his team to investigate the fraudulent signatures that got Amendment 4 on the ballot to begin with.

But with leftists like George Soros willing to pour millions into Florida to help legalize abortion, conservatives have an uphill battle.

A report from Harris County Jail in Houston has disclosed that about 10% of the inmates are illegal migrants with ICE detainers, raising concerns about the strain placed on Texas’s criminal justice system. Records show over 1,100 migrants are currently held in the jail, many facing charges for violent crimes.

These detainees include individuals accused of serious offenses, with nearly half charged with violent crimes. According to Fox News, these charges include 174 cases of sexual assault, many involving minors, and 75 murder cases, of which 22 are capital murder charges.

A particularly tragic case involves two Venezuelan migrants charged with the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungarayu, whose mother has been critical of the current administration’s border policies.

Victoria Garcia, whose son was killed in a road rage incident involving an illegal migrant, expressed her frustration with current policies. “I didn’t ask for this,” she said, calling for stricter immigration enforcement to protect American families.

Harris County Commissioner Tom Ramsey noted that the number of criminal migrants in the local jail is unsurprising given the rise in crime linked to illegal migration. Ramsey encouraged elected officials to prioritize public safety as a key concern, adding that local communities continue to feel the impact of these issues.

Trump, who visited Lancaster during his previous campaigns, has actively courted Amish voters, recognizing their potential influence in this swing state. As a group that values family, local church communities, and a hands-off government, many Amish voters appear receptive to Trump’s platform.

Colorado Secretary Of State Faces Criticism For Alleged Leak Of Voting Machine Passwords

Colorado’s Secretary of State Jena Griswold has come under fire following accusations that her office exposed voting system passwords on a public website. According to an affidavit cited by the Colorado GOP, over 600 BIOS passwords for voting equipment in 63 of the state’s 64 counties were available online from August until late October 2024, sparking concerns about the security of Colorado’s election infrastructure.

These BIOS passwords control essential settings on the voting systems, such as disabling Wi-Fi connections and preventing external drives from being connected. The Colorado GOP raised concerns about this alleged security lapse, stating that it shows a failure in proper password management by the Secretary of State’s office. They requested confirmation that new passwords have been put in place and that updated security protocols are being followed.

Griswold’s office responded by saying that once they were informed of the issue, immediate actions were taken, including notifying the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). A spokesperson explained that the voting machines require physical access to use these passwords, suggesting that vote integrity was not directly at risk.

Matt Crane, a former Republican clerk who now heads the Colorado Clerks Association, acknowledged the incident as a concern but assured that it does not automatically endanger election outcomes. “It’s concerning but doesn’t mean votes are vulnerable,” Crane commented. However, the Colorado GOP is calling for more transparency from Griswold’s office about the measures they’re taking to protect election systems.
