Dear Lord Jesus, 

I know I am a sinner. I pray that you will forgive me for all of my sins, that you will come into my heart and be my Lord, the savior of my life. I confess that you died on the cross to save me from my sins and I am committed to turning away from those sins. I ask that you fill me with your Holy Spirit so that I can be born again. I ask that you give me the strength and abundant faith to overcome any and all attacks by the enemy, including my desire to sin so that I may serve you completely. 

I pray that you will give me discernment so that I may know all things that are truth, and the knowledge acquired from reading your Word. Use me this day as I am a willing vessel Lord, in leading others to your kingdom. Wash me as white as snow. Put a hedge of protection around me as I go forth in doing your will. Thank you Jesus for saving me, as I know that only through my faith in you that all this is possible. Amen

MSNBC host Joy Reid melted down on air on Tuesday evening, desperately insisting that Vice President Kamala Harris had a “historic” and “flawlessly” run campaign.

While covering the election results that were clearly moving toward a victory for President Donald Trump, Joy Reid was slowly melting down — while at the same time insisting that Harris somehow ran a perfect campaign.

“I think it’s important to say, anyone who has experienced or been in the United States for any period of time and experienced this country’s history and knows it, cannot have believed it would be easy to elect a woman president, let alone a woman of color,” she said. “Let’s just be clear. And nothing that was true yesterday about how flawlessly this campaign was run, is not true now.”

Reid went on to double down on her insane claims, adding: “I mean, this really was an historic, flawlessly run campaign. She had … Queen Latifah never endorses anyone. She came out and endorsed her. You know, I mean, she had every prominent celebrity voice. She had the Taylor Swift, she had the Swifties, she had the Bey-hive. You could not have run a better campaign in that short period of time. And I think that’s still true.”

Of course, Reid’s claim that Harris ran her campaign “flawlessly” is objectively false for a myriad of reasons, including the fact that the vast majority of Harris’ campaign was focused on attacking her opponent while avoiding talking about her own policy plans. Harris also flip-flopped on numerous issues, even going so far as to steal policies from Trump, which included a vow to build the border wall. A candidate who failed so terribly at marketing herself was clearly not running a flawless campaign.

Social media users were quick to mock Reid, with one user comparing her comments to a football coach saying: “We lost the Superbowl but we played a flawless game!”

 

“It was so flawless, Harris never mentioned a single policy position, never answered any serious questions seriously, and never actually spoke honestly to the American people,” another user quipped, adding: “She deserved to lose.”

Following a soccer match between Ajax and Maccabi Tel Aviv, Israeli fans were systematically targeted in a series of violent ambushes just because they were Jewish, and at least five suffered injuries requiring hospitalization.   Islamist mobs shouting “Free Palestine” marauded the streets, hunting for Jews to harass and brutally assault, and Dutch law enforcement entities appeared to lack both the power and will to stop them.   As the CEO of the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM), this hits too close to home for me. 20 years ago, I left my family home in Brussels, Belgium – a short two-hour train ride from Amsterdam – after personally experiencing an unchecked rise of antisemitism there. Hostile anti-Israel narratives were propagated by the media and social activists, and politicians, motivated by electoral interests, stayed silent. Today, we see the horrifying consequences of allowing these vitriolic seeds to take root and grow over the past two decades.   Exactly 86 years after Kristallnacht, this is a pivotal moment in history for both Europe and the wider world. The global surge in antisemitic rhetoric and violence triggered by Hamas’ October 7th massacre reminds us that antisemitism remains a potent threat to the fabric of democratic societies. The incident in Amsterdam should be viewed as Europe's new Kristallnacht – a stark warning of the dangers of unfettered hate.   In my Euronews op-ed today, “A New Kristallnacht: Antisemitic Violence and Europe's Responsibility,” I wrote that I worry less for the Jews of Europe than for Europe itself. European Jews will not wait to see where this hatred leads – they’ll leave, and Europe will be left to confront the extremism it has permitted to develop. We must act to ensure that history does not repeat itself, that the Amsterdam Pogrom becomes a rallying point for defending our common values rather than a symbol of failure.   Either European society admits defeat in its vow of “Never Again,” or it rises to the moment and rejects antisemitism and extremism firmly, once and for all.     CAM launched a European department three years ago to confront contemporary manifestations of antisemitism on the continent. Yet even as she condemned antisemitism generally, she chose to exclude anti-Zionist forms of antisemitism.
