Planned Parenthood Caught Doing Abortions on 12-Year-Old Girls, Not Reporting Sexual Assault to Authorities

NATIONAL   STEVEN ERTELT   MAY 30, 2018   |   9:25AM    WASHINGTON, DC
The Planned Parenthood abortion chain has been caught repeatedly performing abortions on abuse victims as young as 12 and 13 years old, failing to report suspected sexual abuse to authorities, and sending victims back to their abusers. A new investigative report report chronicles these cases and reveals Planned Parenthood’s decades-long pattern of helping child sex abusers cover up their crimes.
As LifeNews has documented multiple times, Planned Parenthood has a history of not reporting statutory rape or sexual abuse to authorities. The abortion corporation frequently covers up cases of rape with abortion and refuses to report rape cases to law enforcement.
The report, titled “Aiding Abusers: Planned Parenthood’s Cover-Up of Child Sexual Abuse”, comes less than a week after President Trump made his proposed rule official to defund Planned Parenthood of the $60 million dollars that it receives via Title X Family Planning dollars.
Planned Parenthood is required by federal law to report suspected cases of sexual assault and abuse to law enforcement. But it has a long history of ignoring it.
Since 1999, federal regulations have made clear the expectation that Title X grantees would follow state laws mandating the reporting of suspected child sexual abuse and rape. The proposed rules would strengthen the reporting language, now requiring all Title X recipients to follow the laws and document how they handle reporting sex crimes against children. The new rules Trump put forward require all Title X recipients to comply with reporting requirements. Planned Parenthood is the largest recipient of Title X funding, receiving about $60 million annually through the program, as well as the nation’s largest abortion but it would lose the funds in part because it fails to protect girls from sexual abuse.
The new Live Action report contains a series of court cases, state health department reports, testimonies from former Planned Parenthood employees, interviews with sex trafficking survivors published by Loyola University, and two of Live Action’s previous undercover investigations that all show a deliberate pattern of child sexual abuse and human trafficking cover-up at Planned Parenthood.
Planned Parenthood abortionists and their staffs are mandatory reporters of suspected abuse in most states, yet former employees have spoken of an unwritten “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy regarding the potential sexual abuse of children.
“Despite Planned Parenthood’s public rhetoric as well as laws requiring it to report suspected abuse, its failure to report has been deliberate and widespread,” said Lila Rose, president and founder of Live Action. “Time and again, rather than reporting abuse to authorities, Planned Parenthood has repeatedly looked the other way and performed abortions on victims as young as 12 years old. These girls deserved advocacy but instead Planned Parenthood staff ignored their abuse and returned them to the waiting arms of their abusers.
“Because of flagrant violations like these, the proposed Title X rule tightening on reporting abuse is absolutely necessary. Planned Parenthood has proven that its priority is selling abortions, not caring for the most vulnerable of girls. Planned Parenthood’s culture of cover-up must end, the cycle of abuse of innocent children must end, and Planned Parenthood’s half a billion dollars in annual federal funding must end. Taxpayers cannot be forced to subsidize these abuses of children.
“Live Action is releasing this report as the Time’s Up movement is exposing both sexual abusers and those who help them cover up their crimes — the people who knew about the abuse but stayed silent. While Planned Parenthood has attached itself to the Time’s Up movement, the movement should be calling out Planned Parenthood for decades of enabling sexual abusers.”
Planned Parenthood abortion clinics have come under fire countless times over the years for not reporting cases of statutory rape to authorities as required by state law. In another case in Arizona, officials said a Planned Parenthood center failed to provide the proper report to authorities about a victim of a young man accused of being a serial rapist. Planned Parenthood failed to report the rape, and the young man allegedly raped 18 or more teenage girls before he was caught, according to authorities.
In another case in Ohio, Planned Parenthood faced a lawsuit after it failed to report the statutory rape of a 14-year-old girl. The girl’s soccer coach got her pregnant and then took her to the abortion clinic to cover up his crime, LifeNews reported.
Planned Parenthood has been caught numerous times ignoring signs of sexual abuse or even covering up the abuse.
In March 2015, Life Dynamics wrote for LifeNews.com about a California man who sexually abused two of his daughters and took the younger one to Planned Parenthood for two abortions in 2010. Court documents indicated that the abortion facility did not report the suspected abuse of the 13-year-old girl to authorities. The girl said she did not tell clinic staff that her father had impregnated her, but instead made up a story about having a boyfriend her own age.
The Life Dynamics criminal cases summaries include another young girl who was raped for an additional 1 ½ years after her 44-year-old abuser took her to Planned Parenthood for an abortion. In another case, a young victim was taken to Planned Parenthood for an abortion after her abuser sexually assaulted her at the age of 15.
And an Ohio Planned Parenthood faced a lawsuit for failing to report the sexual abuse of the young girl. The case involved a 22-year-old soccer coach who was convicted of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl on his team, LifeNews reported. According to reports, he statutorily raped the girl; and when she became pregnant, he took her to Planned Parenthood to abort their unborn baby.
The abuse extends to sex trafficking victims as well. In 2011, a Live Action investigationuncovered wide-spread willingness among Planned Parenthood employees to help sex traffickers abuse young teens.
The undercover sting caused public outcry, and the abortion chain promised to retrain its staff about identifying sex trafficking victims and abuse. However, a former abortion clinic worker said Planned Parenthood did not fulfill its promise to the public, and trained its employees on how to spot undercover investigators instead.

Activists Will Use Abortion Robots to Break Pro-Life Law, Distribute Dangerous Abortion Pills (All in There Blood Thirsty Rage to Murder UN-Born Children Created in God's Image)

INTERNATIONAL   STEVEN ERTELT   MAY 30, 2018   |   3:09PM    BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELAND
A rogue pro-abortion group that has a history of breaking pro-life laws around the world to push abortions on women is at it again.
The pro-abortion group Women on Waves is using robots to deliver dangerous abortion pills to women in Belfast, Northern Ireland — contravening its pro-life laws protecting women and unborn children. The pro-abortion organization claims it is breaking no laws because it is remotely operating the robots from the Netherlands.
The publicity stunt to deliver dangerous abortion drugs in Northern Ireland on May 31st is a collaboration between Women on Waves, Women on Web and ROSA Northern Ireland to push Northern Ireland to legalize abortions after Ireland voted to do so. They ignore that dozens of women worldwide have been killed by the abortion pills and thousands in the United States alone have been injured according to the FDA.
“The abortion robot will mark the different legal reality for Northern Irish women, who still have to rely on to rely on new technology, like telemedicine, drones and robots that use international legal loopholes to protect their rights,” the activists claim.
But Northern Ireland’s leading pro-life group Precious Life have denounced a plan by pro-abortion groups to deliver illegal abortions pills as a “desperate publicity stunt”. Precious Life said the plan showed “utter contempt for the law” and have called on police and Chief Medical Officer to intervene. Abortion pills – Misoprostol and Mifepristone, also known as RU486 – are poisonous substances taken together to end the life of an unborn child up to nine weeks of pregnancy, it told LifeNews.
Director of Precious Life, Bernadette Smyth said, “This is a desperate publicity stunt by these pro-abortion groups. Not surprisingly, they have no regard for vulnerable and defenceless unborn children, but they are showing a disturbing disregard for women’s safety, and utter contempt for the law.”
She added: “These pills are extremely dangerous and attack an already vulnerable and distressed woman’s mind and body. Even the drug’s manufacturer – Danco – has reported at least 400 adverse effects since RU486 was first approved. The developer of the drug has actually said ‘…It is an appalling psychological ordeal…’ China has also banned it due to safety concerns.”
Smyth told LifeNews about the the serious dangers of the abortion pills.
“Since 2001, at least twenty-two women worldwide have died from fatal complications including haemorrhage, toxic shock, sepsis, organ failure, and ruptured ectopic pregnancy following an early abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol. Furthermore, not only are these abortion drugs dangerous, they are also illegal. It is a criminal offence in Northern Ireland to supply or procure drugs that cause abortion,” she said.
Keep up with the latest pro-life news and information on Twitter.
She added, “This is another attack on our pro-life laws in Northern Ireland. These pro-abortion groups are attempting to ‘change the law by breaking the law.’ Precious Life will protest at this bus illegally giving out abortion pills. We call on Northern Ireland’s Chief Medical Officer Michael McBride to urgently issue information to women about the serious dangers of these illegal abortion pills. We also call on the PSNI to put a stop to this bus giving out illegal abortion drugs that will endanger women and kill unborn babies. A public announcement of a plan to flout the law would not be tolerated if it were related to any other criminal offence. The PSNI must intervene and do everything in their power to keep women and their unborn children safe in Northern Ireland.”
Smyth concluded, “Women in crisis pregnancies need real help and support. Abortion is never the answer. The drugs kill unborn babies, but women deserve to be fully informed of the dangers to themselves of these drugs. No flouting of the law should be tolerated. Our laws matter because every life matters.”

Woman Goes to Abortion Clinic For Appointment and Gives Birth to Her Baby Instead

STATE   STEVEN ERTELT   MAY 30, 2018   |   4:39PM    JACKSON, MS
A crazy thing happened at the last remaining abortion facility in the state of Mississippi. A woman headed to the abortion clinic for her appointment but gave birth to her baby there instead.
The Jackson Women’s Health Organization is the last abortion facility in the state of Mississippi and it has frequently been behind challenges to pro-life laws designed to save more babies from abortions. Although the lives of unborn children are normally taken there on a daily basis one baby escaped its abortion agenda.
A patient on her consultation visit, whose name was not released, went into labor as she awaited an ultrasound to see how far along she was in her pregnancy, said Shannon Brewer, director of Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
The clinic in the state’s capital city is the only place in Mississippi where abortions are performed. Mississippi has a population of almost 3 million people, including about 1 million women of child-bearing age.
A clinic doctor delivered the baby, Brewer said. The mother and daughter were transported to a local hospital after the birth and are in good health.
The clinic keeps the age and name of its patients confidential for safety reasons and did not release the gestational age of the baby.
The abortion business is suing to overturn the state’s ban on late abortions.
