THE U.S. AIR FORCE HAS NOTIFIED CONGRESS THAT IT INTENDS TO SHUT DOWN HAARP, A CONTROVERSIAL ALASKA-BASED RESEARCH FACILITY THAT STUDIES AN ENERGETIC AND ACTIVE REGION OF THE UPPER ATMOSPHERE.

For many years, NTEB has brought you stories on the HAARP Project in Alaska, where extensive research was undertaken learning how to control the weather in order to use it as a weapon. Part of the this research includes the ever-present chemtrails you see nearly every day overhead in your cities and towns.

While many have appreciated the high level of important information these stories provide, an equal number of people have commented or written in to call us “tinfoil hat” conspiracy theory nuts. Today, video has surfaced of Congressional hearings on HAARP where the they openly admit that they successfully used HAARP to inject energy and particles into the atmosphere (chemtrails), and then used that to control the weather patterns.

David Walker, deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for science, technology and engineering, dropped a bombshell in answer to a question asked by Lisa Murkowski in relation to the dismantling of the $300 million High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program HAARP in Gakona this summer.

Walker said this is “not an area that we have any need for in the future” and it would not be a good use of Air Force research funds to keep HAARP going. “We’re moving on to other ways of managing the ionosphere, which the HAARP was really designed to do,” he said. “To inject energy into the ionosphere to be able to actually control it. But that work has been completed.” source

The reason this is happening is because now they are switching to the use of CERN and other technologies.

I do not believe that HAARP will ever fully get rid of, or demolish their site in Alaska because our government still needs HAARP to use it for their mind control, with the E.L.F. frequencies that they’re giving off on a daily basis controlling the way we think, feel, and even act. They’ve been doing it now for a while we just have ABSOLUTELY NO idea about it, but if you do the SAME research I’ve done you will discover what I have as well, in regards with the exact amount of E.L.F. waves that they are choosing to omit on a daily basis, and by some strange coincidence (NOT)… that the same range of E.L.F. frequency waves ONLY seem to ONLY DISRUPT the HUMAN BODY AND THE WAY THAT THE BRAIN FUNCTIONS!!!

HAARP has nothing to do with controlling weather patterns or brain functions. The charged particles naturally produced by solar radiation at high altitudes is what forms the ionosphere and it affects the propagation of radio waves and global communications systems, hence the interest by the military and DARPA in research involving the ionosphere using the HAARP facility. E.L.F. (extremely low frequencies) are all around us. They are emitted by electrical power lines and by the a.c. currents running through the electrical wiring in our own houses. Again, HAARP has nothing to do with E.L.F.

Truth, if given as much time and emphisis as error, will invariably prove itself. But in these last days, must be sought after by the mind and the spirit. This article opens pandora’s box, and an all day seminar could very easily be given on the multiple applications and uses of Ionospheric heaters.
It is in fact, the manipulation of frequency and matter, which is the greatest weapon possible to have been created in the five dimensions of the energetic / physical. Beyond technology which is now ( but not for long as evil will bring it’s own demise ), more powerful in matter manipulation, it is actually THOUGHT, which creates it. All technologies are a cheap trinket to replace that which has already been given to those who serve the most high.

Scalar warfare has been ongoing without the public’s knowledge. From the challenger disaster to New Orleans. War is always conducted between postmasters, the first known application being in the Nam.,and all contrary to the the perception that governments have the power, given by the voting public. Nothing could be so further from the truth.

Aside from scalar warfare and plate tectonic manipulation by frequency to reach the piso electric slip threshold, they are primarily used to manipulate weather. For example by steering the moisture rivers and the jet stream. This is a small part of the overall geoengineering aspect I call geoenergetics.

This is how they create the drought in California, in order to hide what would otherwise be a growing awareness on the entire west coast of the continent, resulting from radiation effects in the mass population. Many areas of the US and westrn Canada should now be using hazmat procedures.

The elephant in the room here is the greatest disaster so far with nearly no mass media coverage coupled with the obvious lack of data as reading equipment of radiation levels are shut down, that this is caused by Fukushima. The bottom of the pacific ocean is now littered with dead sea life. Even the milk in several states has radiation in it.

The entire US and Canada will soon see greater effects of the bioaccumulation of radiation. Every soldier at least in Canada is taught the basics of N.B.C.W. but nothing about scalar warfare, which has already rendered conventional military a waste of effort, accept as an after war mop up operation by boots on the ground.

The stated purpose of HAARP is C-3 Communications. A part of the DARPA mandate as regards to total situational awareness. The contents of the aerosols allow for far more precise uses, but the contents do far more than add to the effectiveness of the technology.
There are about 23 negative feedback loops created into the global environment which destroys the entire feeder root systems of all plant life. Only GMO crops will thrive in the altered soils.

How did your tomatoes do last year ? Ever notice the cloud waves in the sky still continue ? With all the many fungi included in the contents, your immune system is over taxed. Vaccines just intensify this more directly by the adjuvants.

THEY ARE ALTERING YOUR VERY DNA !

There is a great deal of leverage hidden in the mix, that is resulting in the goal of altering not merely the environment, but also hiding the changing spectrum of light from the sun which once this become serious enough, will blister the skin and leads to death because there is no more ozone protection remaining to shield the ground from the effects of space normal radiation.
Now you know why the planet is experiencing the same effects as happened in the time of the exodus, and this is going to come about again !

Now that there are a multitude of locations there is no need for the Alaska array. More importantly, the mission plans are being carried on by space platforms linked to the other locations. Scalar waves do not need line of sight. The results of a scalar attack instantly happen at the point of target. The uses include use of exothermic and endothermic as regional intensities or even to a single focal point.
Abilities are also to create domes of layered protection depending on intensity against an incoming ICBM. The only countermeasure to a scalar wave, is another scalar wave.

I won’t get into the other two aspects which are bioenergetics. There is also psycoenergetics, but this is applied more directly for specific situations like a group of people in an area or a targeted individual by use of the GWEN systems and portable weapons. Razor of the mind applications.

Rockets Fired from Gaza Late Wednesday; IAF Strikes Back

Sirens sounded in southern Israel for the second time in eight days as rockets were fired from Gaza late Wednesday evening. At least two rockets were fired, with at least one landing in an open area in the Sdot Negev Regional Council, reported Ynet. No one was injured.

The rockets were fired from al-Shati in the northern Gaza strip, near Gaza City, in the area that was once the Jewish settlement of Netzarim.

Code Red sirens were heard ahead of the rockets in the Netivot, Ashkelon, Bnei Shimon Regional Council and Sdot Negev Regional Council areas.

Sdot Negev Regional Council head Tamir Idan told Ynet he was in contact with the IDF, “in order to see whether we should prepare for an escalation, or this was an isolated incident.”

Each escalation must be met with force,” Idan added. “I hope this time the IDF strikes in a way the other side understands this front cannot be opened. The residents hope for vacation time this summer, and not like last year.”

MK Haim Yellin (Yesh Atid), the former head of the Eshkol Regional Council, supported this position. “The rocket fire cannot continue,” he said.

“Terror must be struck forcefully and we should not settle for bombing some sand dunes, otherwise we will face pointless wars every summer,” he continued.

Israel’s air force responded swiftly to the rocket fire. In the early hours of Thursday morning, the IDF reported, the IAF struck at least three Hamas targets in Gaza.

“The IDF views the incident gravely,” said the military in a statement. Referring to the ruling party of Gaza, the statement continued, “The Hamas terrorist organization is the address and the one on whom the responsibility falls.”

A radical Islamist Salafist group which considers Hamas too liberal has claimed responsibility for the rocket fire, posting on Twitter that it was retaliating for the death of one of its leaders this week at the hands of Hamas. The group calling itself the Omar Brigades added, “We are continuing with our jihad against the Jews, the enemies of God, and no one will be able to deter us.”

Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said Thursday morning that the source of the rocketfire was irrelevant. “Even if last night’s shooting at Israel was by errant global jihadist groups who wish to challenge Hamas by firing at us, we consider Hamas responsible for what happens in the Gaza Strip and we will not tolerate attempts to harm our citizens,” he said.

Meanwhile, Yellin opined that the ultimate solution to the problem would be diplomatic, not military. “Operation Protective Edge ended without a diplomatic agreement – this is a strategic error which must be rectified. We must create a diplomatic mechanism including the US, the European Union and moderate Arab countries, which would set the condition that the Gaza reconstruction would not happen without the Strip first being demilitarized.”
