J. Gresham Machen once said "False ideas are the greatest obstacle to the Gospel." The modern world holds many false ideas.

One of them is the idea that exalts modern science to such a high level that all other disciplines, such as theology and philosophy, have nothing important to contribute.
One way to counter this false idea is to simply point out that modern science is limited. Science is great for discovering secondary material causes in the natural world, but is limited nonetheless.
In fact, there are a number of very important questions that modern science cannot possibly answer.
