Former State Department IT staffer for Hillary Clinton Bryan Pagliano refused every question he was asked during his 90-minute deposition under oath regarding then-Sec. Clinton's private e-mail server, pleading the fifth 125 times.
Helping him along was his lawyer Mark MacDougall who consistently objected and shot down each question (other than Pagliano stating his name for the record) asked by Ramona Cotca, who is representing Judicial Watch in the lawsuit. On the questions Pagliano didn't plead the fifth, MacDougall stated they were "outside the scope of the court's order" or "outside the scope of discovery" and would instruct his client not to answer.
"It would be funny if it wasn't so serious," conservative filmmaker Phelim McAleer said in an e-mail to TruthRevolt. Because a President Clinton-appointed federal judge has ordered the filmed deposition sealed so they can't be used against Mrs. Clinton during the election, McAleer (Fracknation, Gosnell, FERGUSON) decided to take the released transcripts and film a verbatim re-enactment.
So far, he's released the depositions of Cheryl Mills, seen here at TR, and Ambassador Stephen Mulls, which can be viewed at ClintonEmailsOnFilm.com. But it was Pagliano's refusal to answer even the most benign questions that turned a frustrating moment for truth into a near comedy.
"Even the actors were laughing as we filmed it," McAleer said.
The filmmaker released a statement:
"Bryan Pagliano's deposition shows just how wrong the judge's decision is and how important it is that our re-enactments are seen by as many people as possible. His evasions and refusal to answer the most basic of questions make it clear that there was something very, very wrong at Hillary Clinton's State Department and that the FBI have a very good reason to be investigating her behavior whilst there."
Up next in the series is the deposition for Clinton's right-hand-lady, Huma Abedin. McAleer has launched a crowdfunding campaign to cover the costs of uncovering corruption in the federal government.
"By contributing to this campaign, people are making a statement: Truth is more important than politics and censorship is never acceptable in America," said McAleer.

Presidential candidate Donald Trump has finally weighed in on the most recent Supreme Court ruling in favor of abortion, overturning a Texas restriction on the practice, after a three-day silence.
In an interview with radio host Mike Gallagher Thursday, Trump reiterated his pro-life stance while assuring people that the Supreme Court under his watch would never rule in favor of abortion.
"You won’t even have to question. You wouldn’t even have to bother going to court. You’re going to know the answers,” Trump said.
Trump also warned that Hillary will make the Supreme Court more liberal if elected.
Dawn Laguens, executive vice president of the Planned Parenthood Action Fund, criticized Trump following his remarks, cautioning women to be afraid.
"Trump’s remarks today should send a shiver down the spine of anyone who believes women should have access to safe, legal abortion," Laguens said in a statement. "Electing Trump means he will fight to take away the very rights the Supreme Court just ruled this week are constitutional and necessary health care."
In the same interview, Trump also took issue with Chief Justice John Roberts for upholding the Affordable Care Act.
"I mean, who would’ve thought that could’ve happened? He could’ve killed it twice and he didn’t. That was terrible. And that was a Bush appointment. I mean that was – that was so bad, that was so bad, what happened,”Trump said.

Commissioners from the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Election Commission are warning that First Amendment protections online are being threatened and are "just one vote away" from being a thing of the past.
Insiders told The Washington Examiner that both agencies are highly politicized and Democrats in the ranks are pushing hard for politically correct speech regulations.
"There is a cloud over your free speech," said FEC commissioner Lee. E. Goodman.
FCC commissioner Ajit Pai warned that freedom of speech on the Internet "is increasingly under threat."
Both said conservative outlets in particular have the most to worry about. New regulations are on the horizon that could affect bloggers, YouTube videos, and news curators. The two credit heavy Democrat control within the agencies with the blame and say the decisions on internet rules are coming down to mere votes.
"We need to be ever mindful and vigilant not to let governmental agencies through 3-2 votes, or 4-2 votes at the FEC take that away from us," Goodman said.
"One of the things that is critical for this country is to reassert the value of the First Amendment, the fact that robust discourse, that is sometimes cacophonous, is nonetheless a value, in fact it creates value," Pai stated.

Prager University has the great Jonah Goldberg on hand to explain the difference between ideology and pragmatism to debunk the leftist lie that they have no ideology or principles.
Everyone has a belief, everyone has a principle. If you believe in free distribution of wealth, then you have a socialist principle. If you believe abortion should be abolished, then you have a pro-life principle.
Throughout the video, Jonah Goldberg explains what any free-thinking individual would classify as common sense. If someone believes something to be true or righteous, then naturally that person would act accordingly.
The most important lesson to take away from Goldberg's lecture occurs at the 2:40 mark when he describes the logical conundrum that occurs when leftists whine about "labels" or partisanships.
How often do you hear people say, "I don’t believe in labels?” Whether its liberal politicians, TV news anchors, columnists, cable news hosts or your brother-in-law, Harry, the line always goes something like this: "Why can’t we move beyond these partisan labels? Why can’t we get beyond this philosophical divide and get to the hard work of dealing with the problems facing the American people?"
Warning: People only they say these things when they want you to shut up and get with their program.
What you never hear them say is: "We need to move beyond these partisan labels, we need to get beyond the philosophical divide and for that reason I’m going to abandon all of my principles and agree with you."
These statements illustrate the fulcrum at the heart of debating leftists, largely pioneered by David Horowitz. In every debate, leftists seek to neutralize conservatives by claiming they want to meet in the center, and then stabbing their conservative counterparts in the back once they drop their guard.
The question in every debate is who holds the best ideas, not who's the most pragmatic.

Shortly after news broke that Attorney General Loretta Lynch met with former president Bill Clinton on her private plane earlier this week, controversy erupted as to whether or not the meeting would compromise her investigations of Hillary Clinton.
In an interview with radio host Mike Gallagher, Trump slammed the meeting between Lynch and Clinton, calling it "terrible" while posing a series of questions.
"It is an amazing thing," Trump said. "I heard about it last night. They actually went onto the plane as I understand it. That’s terrible. And it was really a sneak. It was really something that they didn’t want publicized as I understand it. Wow, I just think it’s so terrible, I think it’s so horrible."
According to Lynch, her visit with Clinton had been “primarily social” with the two mostly discussing their families and even golf. Lynch assured reporters that no discussion took place about the Justice Department’s investigation into Hillary's use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.
Trump did not take Lynch's words at face value, calling it an example that the system has been "rigged."
"I think it’s the biggest story – one of the big stories of this week, of this month, of this year," Trump said. "This is terrible and nobody can understand why nothing’s happened. You see a thing like this and, even in terms of judgment, how bad of judgment is it for him or for her to do this? I mean, who would do this?"
"It’s a massive story now. It’s all over the place," he continued. "Even the liberal media’s making it a big story, which is shocking to me, because it’s so out of bounds. Wow, that’s an amazing thing."
The Freedom Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Therefore we do not endorse political candidates either in primary or general elections. However, as defenders of America’s social contract, we insist that the rules laid down by both parties at the outset of campaigns be respected, and that the results be decided by free elections. We will oppose any attempt to rig the system and deny voters of either party their constitutional right to elect candidates of their choice.
