Freak hailstorm hits Mexican city of Guadalajara

Freak hailstorm hits Mexican city of Guadalajara

June 30, 2019– Mary Greeley News – So much large hail fell in Mexico, so significant that it formed real drifts in the cities of Guadalajara and Sapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.
Mexican city of Guadalajara on early Sunday morning, causing hail accumulation of up to 1.5 meter (5 feet) in some places, local officials say. Roads were blocked and extensive damage was reported.

“I went there to evaluate the situation and I witnessed scenes which I had never seen before: hail accumulation more than a meter high, and then we wonder if climate change exists,” Jalisco Governor Enrique Alfaro Ramírez said.

Numerous vehicles were damaged, roads were blocked, and hail accumulation was pushed into residential buildings in the worst-affected areas. Some streets turned into rivers of moving hail accumulation and several people had to be rescued from the roofs of their vehicles.
“The most important of all is that at the moment there are no reports of injured people or fatalities,” Governor Alfaro Ramírez said.

1 Thessalonians 5:2-4 English Standard Version (ESV)
2 For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3 While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. 4 But you are not in darkness, brothers, for that day to surprise you like a thief.

PRAGER U VIDEO: WHO DOES THE MEDIA MOST WANT TO SILENCE?

The double standard when it comes to conservative women.

5
In the mainstream media, women on the Left are almost always portrayed as paragons of compassion and virtue. But when it comes to conservative women, it’s a different story. Why is this? Heather Higgins, chairman of Independent Women's Forum and CEO of Independent Women's Voice, explains the reasons behind the double standard. Check out the short new video from Prager U below:

DEMS DETERMINED TO LEAVE AMERICA BORDERLESS

And hence, defenseless.

The quintessential example of “Chutzpah” is the young man who kills both of his parents and then pleads for mercy arguing that he is an orphan.
The Democrats have succeeded in providing an even more egregious example of demonstrating chutzpah by betraying their oaths of office and betraying their constituents and, indeed, all Americans.
The official report, 9/11 and  Terrorist Travel begins with the following paragraph:
It is perhaps obvious to state that terrorists cannot plan and carry out attacks in the United States if they are unable to enter the country. Yet prior to September 11, while there were efforts to enhance border security, no agency of the U.S. government thought of border security as a tool in the counterterrorism arsenal. Indeed, even after 19 hijackers demonstrated the relative ease of obtaining a U.S. visa and gaining admission into the United States, border security still is not considered a cornerstone of national security policy. We believe, for reasons we discuss in the following pages, that it must be made one.
The Democrats continue to refuse to provide the funding for DHS to address the border crisis that exists along the dangerous and highly porous U.S./Mexican border while complaining about the conditions in which illegal aliens, particularly alien children, are being housed in detention facilities that were never designed to handle the number of aliens currently being housed within their over-crowded confines.
On June 25, 2019 Fox News reported, “Dem-led House passes $4.5B bill to aid migrants at border, setting up showdown with GOP-led Senate.”
While the Democrats balk at the funding of a border wall that would deter the massive tsunami of unprecedented levels of illegal immigration and drug smuggling, their “leaders” are happy to spend huge sums of tax-payer provided cash on caring for illegal aliens who should not be here in the first place!
Of course I would be remiss if I fail to point out that the money for the border wall and other immigration law enforcement efforts was not provided by the Republicans when they controlled the House of Representatives, either.
Here is how that report began:
The House approved a $4.5 billion supplemental spending bill on Tuesday night to address humanitarian issues at the U.S.-Mexico border and to provide additional funding for food, water, medical services and stronger protections for unaccompanied children, among other things -- setting up a showdown between the Democrat-led House and the Republican-led Senate.
The House bill, which passed 230-195, included specifics that would prevent the Trump administration from allowing any funding to go toward beefing up Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel at the border, likely to become a point of contention with Republicans.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has outrageously and disgustingly compared immigration detention facilities with “Concentration Camps.”  In one fell swoop she managed to trivialize the Holocaust, stopping just short of denying that it even happened and comparing valiant immigration law enforcement officers with the Gestapo of Third Reich notoriety.
She coopted the expression “Never again” that is the rallying cry to make certain that a Holocaust is never again permitted to occur, and has now voted against the spending bill that would fund any ICE- related functions, calling for the total dismantling of ICE, a sentiment echoed by many of her Democrat “fellow travelers.”
That she could make such outrageous remarks difficult enough to accept, but that Pelosi and Nadler, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee and a Jew, have refused to call her out but actually ran to her defense is beyond any comprehension!
As an American, as a Jew and as a retired INS Agent I am triply infuriated by Ocasio-Cortez’s statements.
To provide a bit of clarity:
The Third Reich used its soldiers to round up citizens of the countries where the concentration camps existed.  They were deemed “undesirable.”  These troops would pull their victims, men, women and children out of their homes at gun point and transport them to the Nazi concentration camps that are also appropriately referred to as “Death Camps.”
The victims of the Holocaust who were held in the concentration camps were turned into slaves to build the Nazi war machine and, when through overwork and starvation became ill and unable to work, were slaughtered.
Other victims of the Holocaust were used as the subject of barbaric and horrific medical experimentation.
Many concentration camps had crematoria that operated constantly to incinerate the remains of the inmates, most often Jews.
Although the mainstream media has been quick to refer to the illegal aliens being held in immigration detention centers as “migrants" and “immigrants” and “asylum seekers,” they blithely ignore that these individuals are aliens who are illegally present in the Untied States.
Some “Migrant Workers” who toil on American farms are actually United States citizens.  The term migrant refers to workers who travel from job to job irrespective of immigration status.
Immigration detention centers exist solely to prevent illegal aliens from being able to gain access to our nation.  These aliens are held to protect national security, public safety, public health and the wellbeing of America and Americans.
Most of the aliens who apply for asylum disappear within the interior of the United States when their applications are denied- not because the United States lacks compassion, but because their applications for asylum lack merit.
Many of these hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens are not criminals but should be thought of as economic refugees who will flood America with cheap exploitable labor, thereby displacing American and lawful immigrant workers.  Many will seek health care and various costly benefits and education for their children further burdening our public school systems that already lack the resources to provide quality education for hapless American and lawful immigration children.
Some may suffer from dangerous communicable diseases threatening public health.  And finally some may well be aliens with criminal histories and/or affiliation with violent gangs and narcotics trafficking organizations.  Finally, some may be involved with terrorism and may be “sleeper agents” seeking the opportunity to embed themselves in the United States until called upon to carry out a deadly attack or are tasked with a preparatory assignment to scope our locations, seek to recruit others or commit crimes to fund terrorism.  This is not conjecture by are issues that were raised during a series of congressional hearings conducted even before the terror attacks of 9/11.
Yet funding has never been provided to effectively enforce our nation’s immigration laws.
Having raised the nexus between failures of the immigration system and terrorism at the beginning of my commentary, it is important to note that on June 25, 2019 Fox News reported, “Sept. 11 first responders call sit-down with McConnell 'one of the best meetings we've had.’”
Here is how the report ended:
The House Judiciary Committee passed a reauthorization bill for the 9/11 Victims’ Compensation Fund on Wednesday, where it will now move to the full House and is expected to pass with bipartisan support.
Advocates have rallied to keep the bill alive until 2090, the expected lifespan of first responders who developed illnesses from inhaling toxic fumes during recovery efforts and while clearing rubble at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and Shanksville, Pa. following the terrorist attacks in 2001.
More than 2,000 firefighters, police officers, federal agents and other first responders have died from 9/11-related diseases and that number is expected to climb over time, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's World Trade Center Health Program.
Critics have opposed making the bill open-ended, while advocates have cited the terminal illnesses that many first responders continue to face. More than 40,000 people have applied to the fund and over $5 billion in benefits have been awarded out of the $7.4 billion fund with about 21,000 claims still pending.
The slogan “Never forget” that implores and exhorts us and our leaders to make certain that America is kept safe from future terror attacks, is being completely ignored by politicians who refuse to fund meaningful immigration law enforcement.
These politicians are willfully undermining national security and public safety.

A FEW QUESTIONS FOR ILHAN OMAR

And her steadfast refusal to answer them.

8
Now that the allegations of immigration fraud against Rep. Ilhan Omar have entered the mainstream, although she steadfastly refuses to address them, it is important to remember that these charges are not the only reason why she causes concern. Last March, Omar was the main speaker at a private fundraiser in Los Angeles for CAIR. Her remarks were notable for several reasons, as an article in Breitbart made clear:
Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) referred to September 11, 2001, as a day in which “some people did something” during her keynote address at a private fundraiser for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) of Greater Los Angeles last March.
Some people did something.
Was Omar hoping by this bizarrely vague formulation to make it appear that the 19 Arab Muslims who carried out the 9/11 attacks should not be identified as such because, clearly, they were “extremists” who had nothing to do with the real Islam, and should not be identified with the faith? She could have said “some people claiming to be Muslims carried out the horrific attacks of 9/11.” That would have been both true (they did “claim to be Muslims”), and also would thereby suggest that they were “bad’’ Muslims, or perhaps not Muslims at all.
There is another possibility, that Ilhan Omar is one more Muslim conspiracy-theorist, and does not believe that Muslims (or those “calling themselves Muslims”) were responsible for the attacks, that Israel could have been behind it, so as to make Muslims look bad — we are expected to believe that “3000 Jews working at the Twin Towers did not go to work that day” — possibly in cahoots with Islamophobic elements in the American government. But instead of saying that openly — “on 9/11,when many of us  believe that Israel staged a terrorist attack for which Muslims would get the blame” — mindful of  how bizarre such a view seems to non-Muslims, she decided to be deliberately vague in describing 9/11 as a day when “some people did something.” That’s a signal to her audience that much remains to be known about the attacks that day: we can’t be sure who took part in them, or who orchestrated them, we don’t know if Muslims were used by the Mossad, or if indeed the people with Muslim names, who were identified as taking part in the attacks, actually did so.
Now that we know what Ilhan Omar said in that address, she needs to answer some questions. Ideally, an editorial in the Minneapolis Star Tribune should take the lead and ask: “Ilhan Omar, What Do You Mean By “Some People Did Something” On 9/11”? But it has been three months now, and the Star Tribune has not published anything like this, so don’t hold your breath.
In her remarks, Omar urged attendees to “raise hell” and “make people uncomfortable” in an effort to reverse the fortunes of Muslim Americans, who the freshman Congresswoman suggested were demoted to second-class citizens following 9/11.
What “reversal of fortunes” have Muslim Americans suffered? How have they been “demoted to second-class citizens following 9/11”? Would Ilhan Omar care to tell us what laws, federal, state, or local, have been passed that treat Muslims differently? Could she give us examples of how, even in the absence of such laws, she believes Muslims have been treated worse than others by Islamophobic bigots? Isn’t it quite the reverse, with Muslims being privileged, with workplace accommodations for daily prayers, school curricula supplying students with a sanitized version of Islam, where pupils get to recite the Shehada, memorize the Five Pillars, learn Qur’an 2:256 (“There is no compulsion in religion”) and a deliberately-misleading abridged 5:32 (“Whoever kills a person [innocent person]…it is as though he has killed all mankind. And whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved all mankind”), police departments go out of their way to hire Muslims, and the media celebrate our two new Muslim congresswomen? Isn’t Ilhan Omar, despite her antisemitic remarks about AIPAC buying support for Israel (“it’s all about the benjamins, baby”) herself being treated with kid gloves by fellow Democrats, and given star treatment by the media, even landing on the cover of Newsweek?
“CAIR was founded after 9/11, because they recognize that some people did something, and then all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties,” said Omar, without offering any evidence to back up her claim. “You can’t just say that today someone is looking at me strange, that I am going to try to make myself look pleasant. You have to say that person is looking at me strange, I am not comfortable with it. I am going to talk to them and ask them why.”
Apparently Ilhan Omar does not know that CAIR was founded in 1994. She insists it “was founded after 9/11” in response to a supposed — in fact, non-existent — campaign against Muslims who “were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.” There are a few things wrong with this. First, CAIR was founded in 1994; its founding had nothing to do with any supposed backlash against Muslims after 9/11. Second, there never was, in any case, such an anti-Muslim backlash after 9/11. In fact, there have been endless reassurances made to Muslims who keep claiming to be victims (some even staging “hate crimes” against themselves); a sanitized version of Islam is promoted in the schools (and woe betide the teacher who dares to present  home truths about the contents of the Qur’an).
Third, CAIR is not mainly a civil rights organization, though it calls itself such and Ilhan Omar describes it thus. Robert Spencer has summed up CAIR’s history: “CAIR is an un-indicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case — so named by the Justice Department. CAIR officials have repeatedly refused to denounce Hamas and Hizballah as terrorist groups. Several former CAIR officials have been convicted of various crimes related to jihad terror. CAIR’s cofounder and longtime Board chairman (Omar Ahmad), as well as its chief spokesman (Ibrahim Hooper), have made Islamic supremacist statements about how Islamic law should be imposed in the U.S. (Ahmad denies this, but the original reporter stands by her story.) CAIR chapters frequently distribute pamphlets telling Muslims not to cooperate with law enforcement. CAIR has opposed virtually every anti-terror measure that has been proposed or implemented and has been declared a terror organization by the United Arab Emirates. CAIR’s Hussam Ayloush in 2017 called for the overthrow of the U.S. government. CAIR’s national outreach manager is an open supporter of Hamas.”
Later in her remarks, the Minnesota Democrat implied President Donald Trump was to blame for the deadly mosque shooting in Christchurch, New Zealand. The March 15th attack, which consisted of two consecutive shootings during Friday prayers, killed 50 people and wounded 50 others. “The reason I think that many of us knew that this was going to get worse is that we finally have a leader, a world leader in the White House, who publicly says Islam hates us; who fuels hate against Muslims; who thinks it is okay, that it’s okay to speak about a faith and a whole community in a way that is dehumanizing, vilifying, and doesn’t understand, or at least makes us want to think that he doesn’t understand, the consequences that his words might have,” she said.
If the attack on the mosque in New Zealand is to be blamed on President Trump, as Ilhan Omar shamelessly contends, we are expected to believe that the lone lunatic in Christchurch would not have carried out his killings without the handful of less than flattering remarks made by Trump about Islam (similarly, some people want to blame the killings by Anders Breivik on Robert Spencer’s Islamocriticism), then the more than 35,000 attacks by Muslim terrorists since 9/11 should with considerably more justice be blamed on the verses in the Qur’an that command Believers to “fight” and to “kill” the Unbelievers, to “smite” at their necks, and to “strike terror in their hearts.” Let’s ask Ilhan Omar whether she believes  such Qur’anic verses as 2:191-193, 3:151, 4:89, 8:12, 8:60, 9:5, 9:29, 47:4, 98:6 have an effect on Muslims, and does she not agree that these, along with another 100 verses commanding violent Jihad, explain Muslim attitudes and behavior toward Unbelievers. Indeed, let’s ask her if she takes those verses to heart herself, or whether she just ignores them, something no one claiming to be a Muslim should do. Does she think, for example, that Muslims should follow 8:12, which says “Your Lord inspired the angels: I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes”? Does she agree with 98:6, which describes non-Muslims as “the most vile of created beings”? And what does she think about Muhammad’s own claim, in a famous hadith, that “I have been made victorious through terror”? And could she tell us who, in her view, was responsible for the 9/11 attacks when “some people did something”? She has so far managed not to have been asked such questions by an adoring media; it’s time now, when the media is finally beginning to report on her possible immigration fraud, that she were put to the test about these other statements.
