Peanut The Squirrel’s Owners Begin to Fight Back by Anastasia Boushee November 30, 2024

Peanut The Squirrel’s Owners Begin to Fight Back

The owners of Peanut the squirrel, the famed social media pet who was murdered by New York state authorities, have sued the state for their overreach and the “execution” of Peanut as well as their pet raccoon, Fred.

In the lawsuit, Mark Longo and Daniela Bittner accused New York state authorities of illegally seizing their squirrel and raccoon from their home and then executing them. They are accusing the state officials of violating their constitutional rights, invasion of privacy, illegal seizure, and killing their pets. They are also being accused of fabricating evidence regarding a biting incident that supposedly occurred while agents were seizing their pets — which was the reason given for the execution of Peanut and Fred.

On October 30, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation raided Longo’s animal sanctuary in Pine City to seize Peanut and Fred. They almost immediately “euthanized” both pets because they supposedly needed to conduct rabies testing because of the supposed biting incident. However, both pets tested negative for the disease and some documents indicate that the New York state authorities had already been planning to euthanize Peanut and Fred seven days before they raided Longo’s residence.

Longo and Bittner argued in the lawsuit that the euthanization was illegal and unnecessary because there was no legitimate risk of the pets having rabies — stating that it was just an “excuse” and potentially a “fabrication” designed to coverup the authorities’ actions, which led to intense backlash.

“It is further submitted that even if a risk did in fact exist, which is near impossible and disputed, that allegedly trained DEC agents and/or other respondents’ agents should have known how to physically handle wild or other animals without getting bitten,” the lawsuit argued.

“The killing of Peanut and Fred was not due to fear of rabies, but rather, was a senseless act of violence, perpetrated by government officials in an obscene demonstration of government abuse and an overreach of government power,” Longo and Bittner wrote in a claim filed on Wednesday with their attorney, Nora Constance Marino.

The couple further note that they had never been given the opportunity to present their case or defend their pets in a court of law, arguing that the agents who raided their home had violated the warrant by removing Peanut and Fred without disclosing their plans to execute them.

“Said killing is final and could not be reversed or cured, thus further denying claimants’ right to due process,” the lawsuit stated.

Longo and Bittner went on to accuse the armed agents of intimidating and bullying them during the controversial raid, alleging that agents even went so far as to threaten to investigate Bittner’s immigration status and telling her that “things will get worse.” Bittner was born in Germany but is a legal immigrant.

The couple also asserted that these armed agents had roughed up their defenseless pets during the illegal seizure.

“The respondents seized the two small defenseless animals, Peanut and Fred, and treated the defenseless and terrified animals roughly and without due care,” the lawsuit alleged. “Peanut and Fred were not ‘euthanized,’ which is ‘the act or practice of killing or permitting death in the event of hopelessly sick or injured individuals.’ Peanut and Fred were healthy, young, thriving, happy animals. They were executed, not euthanized.”

Peanut the squirrel had become a popular social media star, garnering more than 915,000 on the Instagram account that the couple ran in his name. Peanut had been rescued by Longo seven years ago after the then-infant squirrel’s mother had been run over by a car. Longo made Peanut an integral part of his animal refuge, “P’Nuts Freedom Farm,” with proceeds from the squirrel’s stardom going toward helping more animals in need.

Venezuelan Gang Members Bombshell News

Members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua who took over an apartment building in Aurora, Colorado, have been arrested in New York City during a major drug and firearms bust.

Earlier this year, the illegal alien gang members were caught on video storming an apartment building in Aurora, armed with several firearms. The story and the footage went viral, leading to heightened concerns about the growing problem of Tren de Aragua. Somehow, following that shocking incident, these gang members made their way to New York City.

During an early morning raid in the Bronx on September 27, 23-year-old Denyeer Aramillo Meneses and 25-year-old Edison Pena Angulo — both of whom are illegal aliens, members of Tren de Aragua, and alleged participants in the Aurora apartment takeover — were arrested by New York Police Department (NYPD) officers and Department of Homeland Security agents.

An additional 13 suspected gang members were arrested during the raid as well. The raid was the result of a more than one-year-long investigation into gang violence and drug trafficking.

“Enough already with these guys,” one officer told the New York Post. “[Tren de Aragua’s] time is up.”

With Tren de Aragua reportedly having a foothold in at least 17 U.S. states, it is not exactly shocking that this arrest occurred — though it is surprising that they made their way from Colorado to New York City and began committing even more crimes in such a short time.

The Tren de Aragua members arrested during the Bronx raid were reportedly selling several different drugs, including heroin, the synthetic drug known as Tussi, and fake marijuana. They were also found with a trove of hidden firearms.

It is currently unclear as of Friday evening what these Venezuelan gang members are being charged with, as the federal indictments against them are sealed at the moment. However, Meneses and Angulo had been charged with burglary and menacing with a firearm for their actions at the apartment complex in Aurora.

Trump Has Them Shaking in Their Boots Now BY MARK MEGAHAN NOVEMBER 30, 2024

Trump Has Them Shaking in Their Boots Now

Climate change, the New World Order is about to admit, isn’t really as big of a priority as the boys in Brussels made it out to be. The whole point of that Paris agreement was a consensus that United States would pay for most of it. Now that European banking families are forced to raid their hedge funds, to finance their overly burdensome green energy demands, the restrictions will quietly start falling away. Donald Trump is the World Economic Forum’s worst nightmare come true.

Climate hoax exposed

Climate change really isn’t the huge catastrophe that progressive Democrats insist. We used to call it the weather. The World Economic Forum and their friends in the European banking families discovered that terrifying gullible liberals with tales of impending Waterworld disaster helps them accomplish their plans for global domination.

Despite all the dire warnings and predictions of extreme sea level change, landmarks around the planet confirm that it hasn’t risen enough to be detectable in the past couple hundred years. Nobody is planning to abandon Miami any time soon, despite the fact FEMA won’t clean up after hurricanes anymore.

Mere days after Donald Trump claimed victory over Kamala Harris, his transition team began writing up the “executive orders and proclamations on withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement.” Along with that, he’s trimming Barack Obama’s land grab, again, by “shrinking the size of some national monuments.

Obama’s friends in Brussels thought that would be a great way to prevent Americans from harvesting domestic energy and mineral resources. Trump reversed it, Biden put it back in place. It will be gone again in January.

Another thing that’s really steaming the jetset crowd in Davos, Switzerland, besides the big mugs of hot chocolate, is the plan Trump has “to end the pause on permitting new liquefied natural gas exports to big markets in Asia and Europe.

We’re sitting on so much natural gas we don’t know what to do with it all. For some reason, Democrats don’t want us to use it. They think gas stoves will raise planetary climate temperatures to oblivion.

The whole point of the Paris agreement was consensus that US would pay for it.

End California’s waiver

California had quite a racket going with that “carbon credit” scheme. By crippling citizens and the state economy with nearly impossible regulations, they created a “surplus” of clean air. They sold the “credits” they piled up to the Chinese, for cash, on the climate change market.

That allowed the Chinese to continue polluting at record levels, which had been offset by the sacrifices of California citizens. Trump refuses to play those dangerous games.

Another executive order he’ll be ready to sign his first day at the office will be one that revokes “a waiver that allows California and other states to have tighter pollution standards.” None of this is any surprise to progressives. That’s why they were terrified enough of Donald Trump to try and have him killed.

His position of climate change hasn’t been a secret, as transition team spokesperson Karoline Leavitt reminded Reuters. They asked if his election was a “mandate” to follow through with his threats. You bet it was. “Trump promised during his campaign to take many of the actions listed in the report,” Leavitt confirmed.

Another move the transition team is considering involves the EPA. Climate change activists are furious that Trump is considering the idea of “moving the headquarters of the Environmental Protection Agency out of Washington.

If that happens, there won’t be any way to get public officials into the right dinner parties. Bribery and corruption don’t work nearly as well when you don’t have access to anyone who can be bribed or corrupted.
