A Catholic health care provider, Providence Health and Services, was found to take part in “transgender” surgeries for children in over one hundred instances in the last five years!

Providence was founded by the Sisters of Providence in the nineteenth century, and functions as a Catholic institution, although it has merged with some secular institutions. Reports indicate that the health provider has performed 81 “transgender” (i.e. mutilation) surgeries on children, and prescribed 113 children with cross-sex hormones or puberty blockers. According to reports:

“A shocking report…revealed that the nation’s fourth-largest Catholic health system is performing ‘transgender’ surgeries on children, in direct violation of Catholic teaching.

“Providence Health and Services, which owns 51 hospitals across seven western states, was found to have performed such surgeries on 81 children and prescribed cross-sex hormones or puberty blockers to 113 children over the last five years, according to a newly published database.

“Do No Harm, a secular organization of medical professionals and public policy experts, published the database showing which hospitals subject children ‘transgender’ surgeries. The data come from medical billing codes, which medical practices submit to insurance companies to claim payment. Every procedure performed in the United States is documented with a procedure code and corresponding diagnosis code.”

Children are suffering irreversible mutilation at the hands of doctors. It’s bad enough for secular hospitals to perform these horrendous procedures — but for Catholic institutions to participate in immoral and unscientific child mutilation is beyond the pale! Providence Health and Services is one of the biggest Catholic health systems in the country, making it even more shameful for them to be performing transgender surgeries. The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops explicitly condemned such procedures in a document issued in 2023 which states:

“Catholic health care services must not perform interventions, whether surgical or chemical, that aim to transform the sexual characteristics of a human body into those of the opposite sex or take part in the development of such procedures.”

It is clear that transgenderism opposes Catholic teaching. As long as Providence Health continues harming children with immoral and experimental procedures that contradict God’s creation and Church morality, the institution cannot claim to be Catholic, and will cause grave scandal by being an accomplice to sin.

I am appalled that "transgender" surgeries are included in Providence Health's services, as revealed in a report from Do No Harm.

"Transgender" surgeries are directly opposed to Catholic doctrine and God's order. This immoral and unscientific practice is an offense against God and society, and is even more grave when it is performed on children.

I demand that Providence Health immediately cease all actions contrary to Catholic morality, and apologize for the scandal that such actions have caused.

The House did their part to protect women in sports. Now, it’s up to the Senate. Nobody’s expecting a fight over passing it there, too. On January 14, the lower chamber approved “a GOP-led bill that would ban transgender athletes from women’s and girls’ sports at federally funded schools and educational institutions.”

Men aren’t women

There are a whole bunch of biological differences between men and women which can’t be changed by slicing off organs. Competition between transgender males and biological females is so unfair as to make any such match-up meaningless.

Currently, the NCAA “considers trans competition rules on a sport by sport basis and takes into consideration the policies followed by prominent world sport governing associations.”

Democrats don’t want to accept the reality that men aren’t women, so it’s a really good thing that they’re no longer in control.

After clearing the House with ease, “the legislation is expected to next be taken up by the GOP-controlled Senate.”

Two Democrat lawmakers bucked the party to vote in favor, making the final House tally 218 to 206 in favor of passage. Neither of them are women.

Vicente Gonzalez and Henry Cuellar both represent districts in Texas. “Congressman Cuellar voted for HR 28 based on the concerns and feedback he received from constituents in his district,” a spokesman clarified.

Angry voters at home

They don’t want to run into angry women at the grocery store. Another outlet notes “Their support for the MAGA-crafted measure could be a sign of inner Democrat turmoil.”

Don Davis of North Carolina couldn’t get off the fence so voted “present.” Women won’t be flocking to his events any time soon.

The liberal network media is whining and complaining that “Republicans put attacks on Democrats over transgender issues front and center in competitive races during the last election cycle.”

Lia Thomas won a national collegiate title.

Donald Trump made them do it, Democrats insist. They ignore the fact that “transgenders competing in women’s sports first became a political flashpoint in 2022 when swimmer Lia Thomas won a national collegiate title.”

Riley Gaines, who swam against Thomas, “blasted the trans swimmer after the two tied in the title match and has since crusaded against transgender athletes competing in women’s sports.” She’s thrilled at the latest news.

Democrats are beginning to realize that their obviously indefensible position to allow men competing head-to-head with women is costing them votes.

Despite President Joe Biden issuing last-minute pardons of his family, House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has a plan for incoming Attorney General Pam Bondi to “nail the Bidens” regardless of pardons.

On his way out of office, Biden issued last-minute preemptive pardons of all of his family members who have been accused of influence-peddling schemes — including his brother, James Biden; James’ wife Sara; Joe’s sister Valerie and her husband John; and Joe’s brother, Frank Biden. He also previously issued a blanket preemptive pardon of his son, Hunter Biden, for all federal crimes he may have committed between 2014 and December 1, 2024.

Americans were outraged over the preemptive pardons for the Biden crime family, with many expressing anger that they will never be held accountable for their alleged influence peddling schemes.

However, according to Rep. James Comer, there may still be a way for the Trump administration to “nail the Bidens.”

“The ball’s in Pam Bondi’s court,” he said in a radio interview with Breitbart News’ Peter Schweizer, referring to Trump’s nominee for the position of attorney general, Pam Bondi.

“Is the Trump administration committed to holding them accountable?” Comer asked.

“The Department of Justice could nail the Bidens for violation of Foreign Agents Registration Act,” he explained. “They could nail the Bidens for money laundering. They could nail the Bidens for tax evasion. IRS whistleblowers [who testified to his committee] said they didn’t pay any taxes on tens of millions of dollars that we found they took from these foreign countries. The banks said they were money laundering. Everybody that knows anything knows they were violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act,” Comer said.

Co-host Eric Eggers then asked whether Biden’s pardons would protect his family from any future criminal charges from Bondi or other officials investigating them.


“You know, the most corrupt thing about these pardons is that they’re preemptive, broad, blunt, covering anything and everything,” Comer argued, pointing out that the pardons amount to “an admission that they did more than evade taxes. They were money laundering, they were violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act, possibly the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The list of laws that they have broken goes on and on and on. So, you know, I think that could be tested.”


Meanwhile, these pardons do one fantastic thing for the congressional investigations into the Biden crime family: they prevent any pardoned Biden family member from refusing to testify about their dealings citing Fifth Amendment protection from self-incrimination.

Eggers went on to question whether the Biden crime family had negotiated future deals for themselves to convince Joe Biden to end his reelection bid, asking Comer: “Have you ruled out the possibility that Biden family members would have been involved in negotiations over any kind of financial transaction to convince Joe Biden to step down from his reelection campaign? Would that constitute a crime? And if it would, is that also a crime they may have been just pardoned for?”

“I do think that’s a possibility,” Comer responded. “Having researched them over the past two years, I would put nothing past the Bidens.”

Meanwhile, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has already announced that Congress will be investigating Biden’s pardons for his family:
