OUTRAGE IN AMERICA: Atheist Group Wants To Ban Xtianity From Small Town
It seems that the Freedom From Religion Foundation will stop their relentless attack on Christianity at nothing. According to reports, the atheist organization is now demanding that a small North Carolina town remove an elective Bible study class from its current school system.
Reports show that the atheist group filed a complaint against the Rowan-Salisbury School System. In particular, they were targeting a privately funded program giving students the opportunity to learn about the Bible as part of their curriculum.
When word spread to the community, they rallied in support of the school’s right to offer the course, claiming that students have a right to express their religion. They also spoke out at the school’s board meeting. When community members were asked if they supported the Bible study course, nearly the whole room was standing in support.
