For the past eight months immigration has been daily news, but there’s still no real way to separate what the Trump administration actually wants to do from its rhetoric. In Texas, every major city in the state has joined together to sue the state over controversial senate bill 4, which mandates Texas operate under ICE law, and goes into effect on September 1st. Tonight on VNT, we look at this law, dissecting it to see how immigration policy has actually changed since the election and what, exactly, it might tell us about the Trump administration’s future plans.
