According to the personal website of former vice presidential candidate and Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin, the terrorist, Ahmad Ajaj, who was one of six convicted of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing is suing the US for religious discrimination.
Ajaj, who is serving a 114-year sentence at the super-max prison in Florence, Colorado, claims his meals are not to the standard he requires for his Islamic beliefs and he has not been given a Muslim prayer rug.
One report states that “Court records show the man snubbed vegetarian and kosher options, instead insisting all animals be fed, raised and slaughtered in accordance with Islamic law. Authorities said it is almost impossible to find a vendor who meets all his criteria.”
