View in browser Dear Friend, Please join with other Christians around our nation in prayer for Israel this month. Pray for wisdom for Israel’s leaders. This tiny nation is literally surrounded by enemies — and the increasing threat of a nuclear Iran. Israel clearly needs the wisdom of God. “By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice” (Proverbs 8:15). Pray for wisdom for MAGEN DAVID ADOM. The threat of war on multiple fronts —Hezbollah from the north, Hamas from the south, Iran/Syria from the west — means that Israel’s Red Cross organization must be ready for any eventuality. “The one who is wise saves lives” (Proverbs 11:30). Pray the evil plans of Israel’s enemies will fail. The terrorist forces surrounding Israel share a common goal — they have all threatened to annihilate Israel and wipe out the Jewish people. “Do not grant the wicked their desires, Lord; do not let their plans succeed” (Psalm 140:8). Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Since the first day 3,500 years ago when God’s chosen people entered the Promised Land, Israel has been an important part of God’s plans to bless the world. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. ’May those who love you be secure. May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels’”  (Psalm 122:6-7). The people of Israel are so grateful for your love, support, and prayers!
