Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested Friday for allegedly helping Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, an illegal immigrant and his attorney leave the courthouse to evade ICE agents, as reported by Fox News and other news outlets.
Former New Mexico, Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano, 68, and his wife, Nancy Cano, 67, were arrested Thursday and face charges of evidence tampering amid allegations they harbored Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, believed to be a member of Venezuela’s notorious Tren de Aragua gang and harbored other migrants, the Justice Department said Friday. New York Attorney General Letitia “No one is above the law” James, who campaigned on promising to get Trump, then after being elected, prosecuted and convicted Donald Trump for exaggerating his wealth, appears to be tangled up in legal mess of her own.

The New York Post reports, America First Legal (AFL) a Trump administration-aligned legal watchdog group is demanding a state probe into bombshell accusations of mortgage fraud recently leveled against James. AFL has filed a complaint against James with the New York State Unified Court System’s Committee on Professional Standards. James claimed her primary residence was in Norfolk, Virginia, on a 2023 mortgage application despite her position requiring New York residency.

She calls this Trump’s retribution tour. She would know.
