22 Dem States’ Attempt To Block Trump Immigration Enforcement Policy Falls Flat
A judge ruled that he can, in fact, share basic information between departments

With so much fraud having been uncovered in Minnesota, you might think Dems would admit there’s a problem and stand aside while Homeland sniffs out any illegals gaming the American system for a free ride forbidden to them by law.
Nope. They are still fighting tooth and nail to keep that gravy train going. You might almost think they see some kind of benefit from all those billions in taxpayer dollars that supposedly helps the ‘need’ but really gets siphoned off by all kinds of corruptocrats making bank while they bleed John Q Public dry.
Dems really don’t want investigators connecting the dots on money out and who is getting it. Even something as simple as sharing information between ICE and Medicaid to identify people receiving federal dollars even if they are not legally entitled ot them resulted in a massive 22-state lawsuit.
Not surprisingly, it was Democrat states putting up the fight. A judge has ruled that yes, Medicaid and ICE can share basic information between them.
The order approved an agreement between the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Department of Homeland Security in July that allowed ICE officials to access the personal data of 79 million Medicaid enrollees, including home addresses, to track down the illegal migrants.
U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria ruled that ICE officials can access six categories of “basic” personal information: Address, citizenship, immigration status, phone number, date of birth and Medicaid ID.
“The sharing of such information is clearly authorized by law and the agencies have adequately explained their decisions,” Chhabria wrote in the seven-page order. “Beyond the basic information discussed above, the policies are totally unclear and do not appear to be the product of a coherent decision-making process.” —JustTheNews
Seven blue states let illegals make use of State money in Medicaid programs, and this may by part of why they were so violently opposed.
