Leaders around the world have taken advantage of COVID to strike fear in the hearts of many. Different countries are using the pandemic, in conjunction with weaponized psychology, to coerce and intimidate.

A report states Canadian military higher-ups tested propaganda techniques on Canadians during the pandemic. The Canadian Joint Operations Command (or "CJOC") claimed the information operations scheme was needed to head off civil disobedience by Canadians and to bolster government messages about the pandemic.

The operation never received federal approval. But Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been pressuring citizens into obedience. He recently blasted conservatives.

Years ago, Canadian forces spent more than $1 million to train public affairs officers on behavior modification techniques. A similar trend is manifest in the United Kingdom.

Boris Johnson, British prime minister: "That means the government is once again instructing you to stay at home. The full details of what you can and can't do will be available at gov.uk/coronavirus."

In its March 22, 2020 paper, the Scientific Pandemic Insights Group on Behaviors (or "SPIB") provided Britain's government with techniques to compel obedience to their draconian measures.

The paper states, "A substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened." It recommends the government heighten "the perceived level of personal threat" among "those who are complacent, using hard-hitting emotional messaging."

The paper also urges the government to employ techniques of "social disapproval of one's community."

Dr. James Moreton Wakeley, a historian and former parliamentary researcher, thinks the SPIB "wrote the manifesto of a campaign of fear, a campaign that has been consistently shaped by the methodology of behavioral science ever since."

Dr. Niall McCrae, a mental health ethicist, slammed the British psyop: "It is designed to provoke fear and loathing, with 'anti-vaxxers' and other dissidents outcasted."

British novelist Frederick Forsyth spoke haunting words about his country's fear campaign: "I have only once before seen anything like it — when I was posted to East Germany in 1962."

According to the Office for National Statistics, 6,000 people died unnecessarily during the first lockdown alone because they were too frightened to go to the hospital — literally scared to death.

Career Democrat Terry McAuliffe and newcomer Republican Glenn Youngkin are battling for victory in Virginia's general election on Nov. 2.

new survey reveals the race for governor in the blue state is far from decided. Poll results show Terry McAuliffe has 48% of projected votes, while Glenn Youngkin is close behind with 44%. The survey's margin of error is roughly 3 points, indicating the race could be even closer than expected.

McAuliffe is a longtime friend of the Clintons and was Virginia's governor from 2014 to 2018, pushing radical legislation throughout his whole career. The fake Catholic firmly supports so-called gay marriage, strict vaccine mandates and late-term abortion.

Terry McAuliffe: "I was a brick wall to protect women's rights when I was governor."

Glenn Youngkin: "My opponent, on the other hand, is the most extreme abortion candidate in the country."

His opponent Youngkin opposes counterfeit gay marriage, authoritarian jab mandates and abortion — with exceptions for rape and incest.

Youngkin takes a firm stance against critical race theory, while McAuliffe believes parents shouldn't interfere with State indoctrination.

McAuliffe: "I'm not going to let parents come into schools and actually take books out and make their own decisions. ... I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach."

As the race continues, Virginia's voters are on the fence between the woke politics of death and a conservative's promise of change.
