This leading Pro-Life group is praising Congressman Andy Ogles’ recent move to ban deadly chemical abortion pills

Democrats are using every means possible to try and expand abortion on demand.

But now there are some GOP leaders who are starting to fight back against the mass murder of America’s children. That’s why this leading Pro-Life group is praising Senator Tuberville’s recent move to ban deadly chemical abortion pills.

Students for Life Action (SFLAction) President Kristan Hawkins recently joined Congressman Andy Ogles (R-TN 5) at a news conference near the U.S. Capital for the announcement of The Ending Chemical Abortion Act.

The FDA fails to protect women

Hawkins and Congressman Ogles were joined by some of the bill’s co-sponsors and leaders of other national pro-life groups.

Congressman Ogles stated during his remarks;

“Chemical abortions not only end a human life but pose a serious risk to the lives of the mothers. The FDA has failed to protect women and unborn children for over 20 years. In 2021, it went even further and eliminated the in-person dispensing requirement. This decision has led to an overwhelming increase in chemical abortion-related ER visits, health complications, and even deaths. It’s a tragedy that the Biden Administration and the FDA would put their radical pro-choice agenda ahead of the health and safety of women and girls across the country. I’m taking a stand against the irresponsibility of the Democrats and working to protect women and girls across America. I’m taking a stand for life because, born or unborn, every single person is uniquely and wonderfully made. It’s not merely a political issue; it’s a moral duty to uphold the sanctity of life. I am committed to safeguarding the innocent and voiceless in our society.”

“Problems with the Chemical Abortion Pill are heading all the way to the Supreme Court, as early as next week. The No Test, Online Distribution of Chemical Abortion Pills exposes women to injury, infertility, death, and abusers, as well as presents potential environmental pollution. In fact, the Biden Administration’s mail-order scheme sets up government-sanctioned, corporate dumping of medical waste,” Hawkins stated.

Deadly for babies and dangerous for women

Reports show that Chemical Abortion pills are deadly to the preborn and exceptionally harmful to women.

During the Hawkins remarks she explained that Students for Life of America & SFLAction have prioritized ending exposure to the killing metabolites in Chemical Abortion pills, which have 4x the rate of injury and 10x the death rate of surgical abortions, which are also deadly. Hawkins went on to say, “The so-called ‘Father of the Abortion Pill’ as profiled in the New York Times, developed his deadly drugs with the company that assisted the Nazis in developing the killing drugs used in the gas chambers? Unlike some of the media spin, Chemical Abortion Pills were not developed as a lifesaving tool or any kind of treatment but were designed and intended to end life in the womb.”

Making it easier to sell chemical abortion pills is not only an abuser’s dream scenario, but it also outsources all the problems to young women, who are likely not able to process the pills risk.

FDA reports women have died from chemical abortion pills

A lawsuit was recently filed in Nevada because the Chemical Abortion Pills sold by a Planned Parenthood abortion vendor reportedly contributed to a young woman’s death. “No woman needs to be exposed to these horrific drugs. Students for Life Action is proud to stand with Rep. Andy Ogles, and the growing number of sponsors in the House and soon the Senate, to prevent the untimely deaths of expectant mothers and their preborn children. The Ending Chemical Abortion Pill Act is a courageous bill to protect young women from a recklessly distributed drug,” Hawkins concluded.

SFLAction will now begin to encourage members of Congress to sign on to the bill and to force roll call votes on the legislation.

In a recent political showdown, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), sparked considerable controversy during Joe Biden’s impeachment inquiry by brandishing scandalous images from Hunter Biden’s laptop. Democratic representatives angrily responded, choosing to sidestep the issues instead.

However, Greene’s persistent display of images from Hunter Biden’s laptop depicting drug-fueled parties with prostitutes provoked several Democrats, including Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), into attacking the Republican lawmaker.

During the session, Raskin voiced his concerns: “Mr. Chairman, our colleague from Georgia has introduced explicit exhibits and displayed content that is deemed unsuitable for child viewers.”
Greene, undeterred, defended her actions, asserting, “It’s on the internet. It’s everywhere!”

Ocasio-Cortez weighed in, stating, “You are submitting a naked woman’s body.” To which Greene retorted, “This is a bathing suit… Do you have glasses on? Do you wear them or not?” “I have contacts in, thank you,” replied Ocasio-Cortez, ending the exchange with a curt “Congratulations” from Greene.

She also criticized the Department of Justice for not engaging with her on the matter, stating, “Hunter Biden needs to be held accountable for his exploitation of women. And we’ve presented more evidence. We’ve shown evidence. This is what it looks like.” This incident was not the first time Greene had drawn attention to the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop.

In a prior instance in July, Greene showcased explicit images from what she referred to as the “laptop from hell,” which triggered heated objections from Democrats.

Raskin raised the question, “Should we be displaying this, Mr. Chairman?” Hunter Biden’s attorney, Abbe David Lowell, reacted swiftly, filing an ethics complaint against Greene shortly afterward. Lowell decried the move as “abhorrent behavior that blatantly violates House Ethics rules and standards of official conduct.”

These events occurred in the background of Hunter Biden’s legal action against Rudy Giuliani over the laptop scandal. Hunter Biden claimed that the former New York City Mayor had hacked into the external hard drive and manipulated data.

The lawsuit accused Giuliani and former federal prosecutor Robert Costello of violating the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act by allegedly tampering with data obtained from Hunter Biden’s laptop computer, revealing a big legal challenge on the horizon for both Giuliani and Hunter Biden.

‘No one is safe’: France vows action as bedbugs sweep Paris

The French government has vowed action to “reassure and protect” the public as its capital Paris reports a “widespread” rise in bedbugs.

French Transport Minister Clement Beaune has said he would convene a meeting this week to “undertake further action” to “reassure and protect” the public from the reported surge in the numbers of the blood-sucking insect.

French transport operators remain “vigilant” about bedbugs following reports of what was said to be sightings in public transport but say there have been no sightings in recent days.

RATP, the operator behind the Parisian metro, said it is “extremely vigilant on the matter” but there had been no recent sightings.

The company told CNN on Monday that “each sighting is taken into account and is subject to a treatment,” adding that “these last few days, there have been no proven cases of bedbugs recorded in our equipment.”

RATP said a report was made on Wednesday last week but after an assessment “no presence of bedbugs was recorded on the train.”

Railway company SNCF – which operates many trains in the country including the Eurostar – told CNN that it “takes reports of pests very seriously” but that “to date we have not observed any presence or proven reports of bedbugs.”

There have been recent calls for government action from Paris officials and trade unions mount after several videos of bedbugs spotted in public transport and other locations such as cinemas have surfaced on social media.

Speaking to French TV station LCI on Friday, deputy mayor of Paris Emmanuel Gregoire called the phenomenon “widespread.”

“You have to understand that in reality no one is safe, obviously there are risk factors but in reality, you can catch bedbugs anywhere and bring them home,” he said.

‘Emerging phenomenon’

Three years ago, the French government launched an anti-bedbug campaign, which includes a dedicated website and an information hotline, as numbers of the insect surged.

But Gregoire said that despite that plan, “there are 3.6 million people who come into Paris every day, and bedbugs do not stop on the outskirts of the city.”

An expert from France’s national health and sanitary body, Anses, said the problem was “an emerging phenomenon in France and almost everywhere in the world.”

“It’s mainly due to the movement of people, populations traveling, the fact that people stay in short-term accommodation and bring back bedbugs in their suitcases or luggage,” Johanna Fite from the Anses department of risk assessment told CNN.

She added there was an “escalation” in numbers because bedbugs were increasingly resistant to insecticides.

“We are observing more and more bedbug populations which are resistant, so there is no miracle treatment to get rid of them,” Fite said.

However, the Paris deputy mayor warned against “hysteria” over the issue, noting there had been an “increase in Parisians who are referring to the town hall’s information services for information on bedbugs”.

“Professional companies which intervene in residential areas are telling us that currently the proportion of interventions for bedbugs is atypical compared to normal and is increasing rapidly,” he said.

The news comes as Paris gets ready to host the 2024 Olympics Games, but officials say they are not worried.

“There is no threat to the Olympic Games,” Gregoire said.

“Bedbugs existed before and they will exist afterward,” he added, saying the games were an “opportunity” for everybody to work together on the issue.
