In a recent interview on MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan Show, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez expressed her willingness to accept a ceasefire that would leave Hamas in control of the Gaza Strip. The New York Democrat emphasized the need for an immediate pause in the ongoing conflict and criticized Israel’s response to Hamas attacks, calling it “indiscriminate bombing.”

Ocasio-Cortez questioned the acceptable cost of innocent lives when targeting Hamas and pointed out the asymmetry and collective punishment faced by the Palestinian people. While acknowledging Hamas’ engagement in horrific attacks, she argued that war crimes cannot be justified as a response to other war crimes.

The congresswoman’s stance on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, along with other members of the progressive “Squad” like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, has drawn criticism from both Democrats and Republicans. However, Ocasio-Cortez recently broke ranks with her colleagues to condemn antisemitism at pro-Palestine rallies.

Ocasio-Cortez strongly criticized the Israeli government’s “total siege” on Gaza, which was imposed after Israel declared war on Hamas. She highlighted issues such as the blockading of essential resources and the use of white phosphorous, which she deemed as war crimes. The congresswoman stressed that the deaths of Palestinian children should not be used to justify the violence witnessed on October 7th.

While over 1,400 people have been killed in Israel, the majority being civilians targeted in the initial Hamas assault, the Gaza health ministry alleges that over 4,300 Palestinians have lost their lives. Ocasio-Cortez questioned the success of Israeli counterattacks and emphasized that the conflict is part of a larger intergenerational cycle of violence.

Diverging from Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and other Democrats, Ocasio-Cortez voiced her disagreement with unconditional support for Israel. Instead, she called for a focus on breaking the cycle of violence as a means of achieving a political aim.

A compilation of videotaped confessions by Hamas militants released this week by Israeli officials largely follows the same pattern. All of the men are seated and handcuffed as they recount — calmly and matter-of-factly — how they helped carry out the Oct. 7 terrorist attack in Israel that killed more than 1,000 civilians, including women, children and the elderly.

The interviews, each filmed individually and compiled into a grim, 12-minute clip reel, were released by Shin Bet, Israel’s domestic security service. They were part of a range of materials released by Israeli officials this week that appeared to be designed to remind the world of the savagery of the terrorist attacks.

One of their other apparent goals, according to experts, was to show the cruelty and cynicism of Hamas leaders and to rebut the group’s claim that it does not intentionally target civilians. The release of the confessions also appeared to be an effort to show Palestinians that Hamas commanders had manipulated their members and then abandoned them.

One of the militants interviewed in the videos said that Hamas  leaders promised him a cash bounty for every hostage he brought back to Gaza. “Whoever kidnaps a hostage and brings them to Gaza gets a stipend … an apartment and $10,000,” said the man, who added that Hamas promised to pay him in U.S. currency.

NBC News was not given access to unedited videos of the interviews by Israeli officials and could not independently verify the accounts or claims of the six men. Israeli officials said the men were not coerced into speaking or abused.

The militant who described the cash payment for hostages also said that his commander criticized him for shooting a woman who was already dead. “[He said] ‘Why did you shoot? You’re wasting your bullets,’” he said.

Some of the militants appeared to be low-level fighters while two others said they were group leaders. Two of them expressed anger at Hamas leaders who they said had sent them into Israel and abandoned them.

NBC News shared the video with experts who have experience interviewing terrorists. They said that the mens’ matter-of-fact descriptions of executing civilians did not surprise them.

“I did interrogations on target and off target in both Iraq and Afghanistan, when we were embedded with special operation forces,” said Rob D’Amico who worked on counterterrorism at the FBI is now a principal at Sierra One Consulting. “It reminded me of how people could talk about killing other people in such a calm manner.”

D’Amico noted it did not appear that the men had been trained to evade questions during an interrogation. “It’s not like you’re talking to a suspected Russian KGB agent who has been through a lot of training on how to get interrogated and how to not give information away until it’s absolutely likely necessary, and it’s not good anymore,” D’Amico said.

Former FBI agent Stephanie Douglas said the men were admitting to acts that had obviously taken place, some of them caught on camera by Hamas’ own body cameras.

“They admitted to killing civilians, setting fires and having hostages taken. So that is something that’s already very, very obvious,” said Douglas, who is now president of national security practice at Guidepost Solutions.

According to Douglas, Shin Bet would want to know the names and locations of the commanders and how they are communicating with others to understand the command structure.

“I’m sure there are a lot of other questions that are not being captured on this tape that they’re being asked.”

Toward the end of the compilation the men are asked if killing women and children is allowed in Islam. They all answered no. The interrogators also asked if their actions were akin to those of the Islamic State terrorist group. All of the men answered yes.

Douglas said the video was also meant to send a message to Hamas members in Gaza. “They’re doing this to put it on video. I think the whole ISIS and Hamas, equating those two organizations, is a good takeaway for Israel,” Douglas said, adding that other Hamas members are likely included in the target audience.

“[Israel wants] them to know this is what’s happening. These are all your buddies that didn’t make it back to Gaza,” she said. “And they’ve been abandoned.”

Greta Thunberg Removed From Israel’s Curriculum After Pro-Hamas Posts

After far-left climate activist Greta Thunberg was seen praising Hamas, a terrorist organization, Israel has announced it will remove the well-known liberal activist from its curriculum.

On social media, Thunberg released a series of posts that appeared to show her support for Hamas despite the terrorist organization’s brutality against Israel.

“Week 270,” Thunberg posted on X, formerly known as Twitter. “Today we strike in solidarity with Palestine and Gaza. The world needs to speak up and call for an immediate ceasefire, justice and freedom for Palestinians and all civilians affected.”

Thunberg recently attended a pro-Hamas rally, where she was seen holding a sign that read, “Stand with Gaza.” Not only that, but the far-left activist included a light blue octopus as part of her protest, which is a disparaging symbol that has been used to denounce Judaism and Israel, according to the Daily Wire.

Someone should tell Thunberg that Israel was invaded by Hamas, not the other way around, and, unlike Hamas, Israel’s Defense Force (IDF) had the decency to warn 1 million Palestinians to flee south before the Holy Land launches its potential ground invasion of Gaza. Israel isn’t the bad guy in this situation.

Given the vile posts shared by Thunberg, Israel’s Education Ministry announced that the far-left activist will be removed from its curriculum going forward.

“Hamas is a terrorist organization responsible for the murder of 1,400 innocent Israelis, including children, women, and the elderly, and it has abducted over 200 people to Gaza,” the education ministry said. “This stance disqualifies her from being an educational and moral role model, and she is no longer eligible to serve as an inspiration and educator for Israeli students.”

Thunberg, as most liberals do, responded to the education ministry’s post by saying she had no clue what the light blue octopus symbolized.

“I was completely unaware…” she said, adding that the animal was used primarily by “autistic people as a way to communicate feelings.”

Thunberg was previously seen wearing a shirt in favor of the leftist terrorist organization, “Antifa.” After being caught, she claimed she had no idea what the shirt meant or symbolized.

The far-left activist responded to her “Stand With Gaza” tweet by including a different picture with the hashtag “FridaysForFuture,” a leftist anti-fossil fuel organization that has advocated for the destruction of the Holy Land, as reported by the Daily Wire.

Ilhan Omar and her fellow “Squad” members are under fire for coddling the Islamic terrorist group Hamas. Now all hell broke loose in the Capitol.And Marjorie Taylor Greene snapped a damning picture that has Ilhan Omar in deep trouble.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators stormed the Capitol and staged an insurrection where several insurrectionists attacked police officers.

Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene took a picture of one of the demonstrators phones, which showed a group chat called “Global Intifada,” which Greene explained translated to a call for Muslim uprising.

The protestor whose phone Greene photographed is an attorney for the far left Southern Poverty Law Center, which now exists to smear conservatives as white supremacists. Greene also accused Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Rashida Tlaib for bringing this insurrectionist group to the Capitol.

Greene also called on the House Administration Committee to run an investigation into the January 6 Committee and see that the insurrectionists arrested inside the Capitol are prosecuted to the maximum. “The Committee on House Administration must investigate this incident and review all footage and evidence provided by Capitol Police, and the insurrectionists involved must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Greene wrote.

Capitol Hill Police arrested more than 100 protestors. None of the voices on the Left or in the media, who absurdly claimed January 6 was the worst attack on democracy since the Civil War or worse than 9/11, said a peep about these pro-Palestinian protestors storming the Capitol while Congress was in session.

If the Biden administration doesn’t charge these protestors with felonies carrying multi-year prison sentences and keep them in solitary confinement for years while they await trial, then Trump supporters will rip the Department of Justice for using January 6 as their excuse to carry out a political vendetta to arrest and jail Joe Biden’s opponents.
