Indictment of Clinton, Obama and Biden

indictment

It was recently announced that the Georgia state grand jury indicted Donald Trump and 18 other co-defendants on felony racketeering and conspiracy charges.

Despite no evidence of election fraud, many of Trump’s supporters are condemning what they view as an attempt to undermine the former president and his political allies.

While some Republicans have expressed support for the indictment, others have argued that it sets a dangerous precedent in terms of politicizing criminal justice proceedings.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis stated that “the indictment alleges that rather than abide by Georgia’s legal process for election challenges, the defendants engaged in a criminal racketeering enterprise to overturn Georgia’s presidential election result.”

This statement implies that those charged were aware of their actions being illegal or unethical, yet chose to pursue them anyway.

This is where things get interesting – all of those charged had been associated with President Trump at some point during his tenure in office.

This includes current White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, top Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark, several lawyers associated with Trump’s campaign (Jenna Ellis, Robert Cheeley, Kenneth Chesebro), senior editor at Breitbart Joel Pollak as well as others from outside politics such as pastors Stephen Lee and Ray Smith who were tied to intimidation of election workers.

It is important to note that 30 unindicted co-conspirators were also mentioned which suggests a wide range of people may have been involved in this alleged scheme.

Donald Trump’s legal team released an official statement following the announcement saying “the events that have unfolded today have been shocking and absurd.”

They went on to criticize how information regarding the indictment had been leaked even before witnesses had testified or grand jurors had deliberated.

Whether these claims hold any merit remains unclear but judging by its response it appears clear that Trump’s team does not believe he should be held accountable for any wrongdoings related to this case.

Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz echoed similar sentiments when he said “if you’re going after the man running for president against your person, you have to have the strongest case. Otherwise, it becomes a banana republic. Anybody can prosecute anybody….we’re opening the door to prosecution of Democrats by Republicans, Republicans by Democrats”.

He went on further warn about “what Alexander Hamilton wrote in The Federalist” being “the most dangerous threat to democracy” before concluding his thoughts by stressing how strongly he felt about protecting our constitutional rights regardless if he supported Trump or not.

Another Joy Reid Meltdown on Camera BY ANASTASIA BOUSHEE NOVEMBER 30, 2024 NO COMMENTS

Another Joy Reid Meltdown on Camera

MSNBC host Joy Reid had yet another post-election meltdown, this time insanely insisting that Democrats “coddle” conservatives, falsely claiming that Trump supporters rely on “victimhood.”

Reid was one of many radical leftists who had complete mental breakdowns after President-elect Donald Trump won his landslide victory on November 5. However, she has only seemed to get more unhinged since then. This time, she was following in the footsteps of her fellow leftists in advocating for isolation and families to break up over politics, advocating for all left-leaning Americans to cut off their Trump-supporting family members during the holiday season.

In doing so, Reid did what most Democrats do best: projection. She claimed during her Thursday show that conservatives — not leftists — were the ones who rely on the victimhood narrative to push their policy positions.

“So there is this strong dual energy among MAGA people and their apologists, and it actually fits quite neatly with the history of America, it’s equal parts bully energy, where they want to relentlessly troll liberals and lash out at minorities, and a victim energy, where those same liberals are supposed to take the trolling quietly and also pity the trolls. It’s the eternal victimhood of the conservative. We need to constantly coddle, study, and understand them,” she claimed, despite the fact that the left does absolutely nothing to try to “understand” or “coddle” conservatives, instead relying on smearing them as racists, sexists, and Hitler 2.0.

“We are the constant handmaidens and wet nurses who are required to baby them, understand them and serve them dinner,” she continued.

“And if we want just a mental health break from their conspiracy theories and complaints about trans people in the bathroom and on the soccer field and in the schools … we are the ones in the wrong. In short, our dinner, their choice,” Reid added, claiming that it’s he “same energy their forefathers had toward the indigenous tribes.”

She then launched into one of the left’s favorite ways to try to destroy the holiday season: attacking our forefathers for coming to America in the first place.

“Hey, let’s have Thanksgiving dinner on the land we stole from you. But before we pack you off to the reservation and snuff out your culture, could you please pass the corn on the cob?” Reid asked before launching into a tirade attempting to equate the Pilgrims to the illegal aliens flooding into the country under the Biden-Harris administration.

Reid then claimed that “you right-wingers” should have to “suffer the consequences” of voting for Trump, which most conservatives would be fine with — as we voted for him for a reason.

She went on to continue the ongoing leftist narrative that Democrats need to remove conservative family members from their holiday celebrations, parroting the same talking points as “The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg pushed earlier this month.

“You don’t want to be around me because I voted for fascism? No fair. I am coughing on you with COVID, but you want me to wear a mask for your safety? No fair, my body, my choice. Well, here’s an alternative thought. Make your own dinner, MAGA. Make your own sandwiches, wipe your own tears, troll amongst yourselves with Elon and leave us alone,” Reid ranted.

Of course, the entire bizarre rant ultimately ended with Reid’s favorite subject: Trump.

“You got your heart’s desire: the president you dreamed of and worshiped instead of Jesus and this time you didn’t even have to storm the Capitol, smash the windows or try to kill police officers or issue death threats to poll workers. See you did it just by voting this time. Congrats. You got your way,” she concluded.

James Carville Calls for Complete Audit of Kamala Campaign After 'Almost Unfathomable' Damage Done to Dems By Samuel Short November 30, 2024 at 9:56am

James Carville Calls for Complete Audit of Kamala Campaign After 'Almost Unfathomable' Damage Done to Dems

In the aftermath of Election Day, Democrat strategist James Carville is looking for answers as to what went wrong with Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign.

The Daily Caller reports the Harris campaign spent nearly $1.5 billion since it began on July 21.

On Wednesday, Carville gave his thoughts on the “Politics War Room” podcast where he told co-host Al Hunt that there’s a spending problem in the party that needs to be addressed.

“The damage that the 2024 campaign has done, the damage this decade has done to the Democratic brand is almost unfathomable,” he said.

Carville followed up with what needs to happen next now that so much money has been spent. “One word: audit.”

Although Carville shot down the idea of running for chair of the Democrat National Committee, he was vehement Democrats need to figure out where all of Harris’ funding went in just a few months’ time.

“Do you have any idea where that money went? Does anybody have any idea where that money went?” he asked Hunt.

Should the Democratic Party undergo a general audit?

To give Carville credit, Harris most definitely did have a spending problem based on the available information.

The campaign found itself $20 million in debt after the fact with purchases like $5,000 on nails from nail artist Tahvya Krok.

If Carville seems angry and disappointed now, an audit probably won’t help as more idiotic purchases would surely come to light.

Granted, money is always an issue in campaigns – having enough of it, the origin of it, who it is going to – but Carville is mistaken if he thinks better spending habits are going to win Democrats the White House in 2028.

Unfathomable damage was not exclusively caused by spending problems.

Democrats don’t need to lean further into identity politics in focusing on what a voter cares about because of skin color or sex, but they do need to focus on what these voters actually want. That is, what their principles are.

Democrats need to shift their principles to more closely align with that of the voters.
