Did Russia shoot down North Korean Scud Missile? It appears that Russia may be acting the part of a good neighbor trying to avert a Nuclear War in the latest failed Missile by the DPRK. According to a news article posted Lenta.RU Russia controls the airspace in the region around North Korea, and doing so with hopes to avoid a Nuclear war with the US.
