7 More Months of Fighting: The Latest Israel-Gaza NewsYesterday, a senior Israeli official said in a radio interview that the war in Gaza was expected to continue for at least another seven months, or through the end of 2024. He also noted that the Israel Defense Forces entered into combat believing all of 2024 would be a wartime period for Israel—and that hasn’t changed. The Times of Israel reports on this interview:
