LEGO has joined the likes of Disney by celebrating Pride Month 2024 with plastic drag queens and Furry Legos. With the Lego Group based in Billund, Denmark, it means that America is actively importing this twisted trash for children. The company recently released a video depicting a perverted parade of these plastic toy figures, including a drag queen, a Village People-style cowboy, and a furry. (Read my recent post on Furries) The video also included eleven rainbow-colored figures of LEGO’s new “Everything is Awesome” gay pride set for kids. A gay pride set for kids? Really? Designer of the set Matthew Ashton, Vice President of Design proudly states, “I wanted to create a model that symbolizes inclusivity and celebrates everyone, no matter how they identify or who they love. Everyone is unique, and with a little more love, acceptance, and understanding in the world, we can all feel more free to be our true AWESOME selves! This model shows that we care and that we truly believe ‘Everyone is awesome’!” The biggest lies are almost always wrapped in a bit of truth. Yes, we are to love others… but how much does one have to hate someone who is perishing in their sin if they don’t warn or admonish them? God’s love calls us to confess our own sins and repent of them, not to approve the sins of others…
Why is it that corporations like Lego, Disney, and others feel compelled to shove sexual perversity down the throats of very young children? Is it to gain positive affirmation of their own perversion or sinfulness? Seeking the approval of man is always a losing game…
If your kids love Legos, I’m not suggesting starting a mass boycott. Our response should not be to hurt them, but to protect our children from them. There are several other snap-together toys out there. I have no business relationship with any of these companies. And as always use discernment when shopping. Here are two sites that list several LEGO alternatives… https://www.wargamer.com/lego/alternatives or https://www.ign.com/articles/the-10-best-lego-alternatives If you enjoy our posts, help us cover the expense of this blog by buying us a coffee! . |
