Previously Deported Illegal Alien Arrested For Assaulting Child

An illegal alien who was previously deported and allowed back into the country thanks to the Biden administration’s open border has now been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child.

Shelby Township Police announced that 32-year-old Joel Quintana-Dominguez had been arrested on July 15, and charged with three counts of felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with the repeated sexual assault of a girl under the age of 13.

In a statement, Shelby Township Police chief Robert Shelide explained that the illegal alien was arrested in Macomb County, Michigan, while trying to escape the United States after being tipped off about an investigation into his horrific crimes.

“It appeared that he was packed and his vehicle was in a manner that he was gonna be leaving,” Shelby Police Sergeant Kevin Bailey told the New York Post.

At least one more victim has come forward since the arrest to accuse Quintana-Dominguez of another sexual assault.“Because of our release that we put out, another victim came in last night and described horrific acts that have occurred. And we’re investigating those now. And the person also informed us that there’s multiple other victims that we’re gonna be searching for,” Bailey told the outlet.

“I am disgusted and sickened after hearing the details of this case on what Quintana-Dominguez is being charged with,” Shelide said. “I am also appalled to hear that he had been deported in the past and was able to find his way back into the United States. These types of actions from illegal aliens are harming the Country. I would like to thank the incredible work of our detective bureau for working swiftly to get him in custody.”

Quintana-Dominguez is currently being held in Shelby Township custody on a $500,000 bond.

As the news went viral on social media, several commentators have expressed shock and anger about the illegal alien’s crimes and his ability to re-enter the U.S. because of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ disastrous handling of the border, including Michigan Republican Senate nominee Mike Rogers.

“Another horrific and entirely preventable tragedy. Every single state in the union is a border state thanks to Border Czar Kamala Harris. We must secure the border and prevent more tragedies like this in our communities,” he wrote.
