Tom Cotton Compares Kamala Harris To OJ Simpson
Cotton’s post came in response to a staggering flip-flop from Harris, as she announced during an Arizona rally last week that she would push for “strong border security” and a “comprehensive reform” of the U.S. immigration system — despite serving as the vice president and border czar under the most pro-illegal immigration and pro-open borders administration in U.S. history.
Responding to the campaign promise, Cotton essentially compared Harris’ responsibility for the border crisis to Simpson’s responsibility for the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman.“Kamala Harris promising to secure the border is like O.J. Simpson promising to find the real killer,” he wrote.
Cotton’s post led to many other hilarious comparisons, with one user likening Harris’ new border policy to “an arsonist coming back to the fire and offering to help the firefighters find the cause of it.”
“How about the Secret Service figuring out whose Cocaine was in the White House,” another user responded.
“Kamala Harris’s promises to secure our border is like the DOJ’s promising to be impartial,” podcast host Cash Loren replied.
Another user shared a meme of a fox telling a crowd of sheep that he vows to become a vegetarian if they elect him.
Meanwhile, Cotton is not the only Republican that has called out Harris’ failure to secure the border — as illegal alien encounters have skyrocketed to at least 10 million under the Biden-Harris administration, according to data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
A recent voice-over ad for the Harris campaign falsely claimed: “As vice president, she backed the toughest border control bill in decades. And as president, she will hire thousands more border agents and crack down on fentanyl and human trafficking. Fixing the border is tough. So is Kamala Harris.”
Of course, Harris is currently in the White House, so the question is: if she knows how to fix the border, why hasn’t she told President Joe Biden?
