WHOOPS: Trash-Talking AOC Backpedals After Enraging Her Own Base
She her drive-by snipe at Stephen Miller broke woke rules, now she's trying to clean up the mess
Without any clear message or policy agenda to rally around, Dems are reduced to proving to their rabid base what ‘fighters’. In the era of social media, that means blasting out an angry rant.
Remember that Axios article from July where elected Dems found their constituents were angry with the lack of action and were pressuring their elected counterparts to ‘prepare for violence’ or to be ‘ready to get shot’ while protesting ICE facilities?
Months before Charlie Kirk’s life was cut short, there were documented reports about restless Dem backers wanting to see blood run in the streets.
What’s a media-savvy Dem to do in that situation without becoming just another piece of road kill crushed under the never-ending political campaign bus? She’s gotta get out there and make a show of how tough she is, especially now that her own base is starting to suspect she’s gone ‘establishment’.
She made a video denouncing one of the left’s favorite lightning rods: Stephen Miller.
Did she turn her rage against some statement or policy prescription he made publicly? Of course not. Becuase the Dems aren’t all that interested in debate, they’re more interested in discrediting or demonizing the person so that they don’t HAVE to engage with the other team’s ideas.
That’s why the bring out the cheap shots and defamations, the hyperbolic denunciations, the self-refuting ‘threat to democracy’ claims that (if examined) are far more damning of their own actions and positions than those of their rivals.
With so many obviously incendiary and controversial statements Miller has made on the record, she didn’t attack any of them. She made a half-hearted attempt at, what, emasculating him in a flame war?

She didn’t even get to finish her live stream before her own followers started to finger-wag her for body-shaming short people, and she tried to walk it back.

I wasnt to express my love for the ‘Short King Community’ I don’t believe in body-shaming… (And then she immediately proceeds to reinforce the body shaming standards by using hight as a proxy for negative traits.

Stop trying to stick everyone into a box, and let people be people already.]Of course, Miller was invited on Fox to reply to AOC’s foolishness, where they measured him without his shoes? AOC was only off by 12 inches, or about 17%. That’s not the only ‘L’ AOC is taking here, either.
You know that rent-free in their heads thing? She explicitly admitted to ‘imagining’ Stephen Miller. In other words, he is literally in her head.
The poor dear. Doesn’t she realize that even if he was single, he’s way out of her league? I mean… just look at the wife he married. She’s a championship gymnast and unlike AOC, she was never the protage of a politician who left his girlfriend to drown in a car he had crashed while driving drunk… before trying to conspire with the KGB to undercut Regan’s re-election bid.
It’s not the only Dem trash talk to backfire and anger the woke base.
Gavin Newsom’s social media staff have run (and re-run) images of Trump dressed up as a queen… only to be blasted for it as ‘transphobic‘ by the left. And what did they do in reponse? They doubled down, because they have forgotten all humor and are left with only rage.
