The biggest obstacle to Donald Trump winning reelection is the Democrat Party’s unprecedented campaign of lawfare.

And Donald Trump went ballistic after a judge handed down this insane verdict.Democrat Letitia James campaigned in 2018 on a platform of investigating and prosecuting Donald Trump.
James filed a $250 million civil fraud suit against the Trump Organization over claims Trump defrauded banks by inflating the worth of his assets to receive more favorable loan terms.
Even though there was no victim in the case – the banks all received full payment and profited on their loans to Trump – this case was a political hit job.
Democrat Judge Arthur F. Engoran did James a huge favor and delivered a summary judgment in her favor ruling that – without even having a trial – Trump defrauded the banks and that his New York based LLCs would go into receivership and Trump would lose his New York business licenses, meaning Trump may no longer be able to do business in New York.This could result in Trump having to sell his golf course in West Chester and the iconic Trump Tower.
Trump blistered the Democrat judge and the politically-motivated ruling on Truth Social.
“I have a Deranged, Trump Hating Judge, who RAILROADED this FAKE CASE through a NYS Court at a speed never seen before, refusing to let it go to the Commercial Division, where it belongs, denying me everything, No Trial, No Jury,” Trump wrote.
Trump slammed the judge for claiming a tax assessor value of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million when Trump valued it at between $400 and $600 million equated fraud despite the fact that real estate listing values Mar-a-Lago at several hundred million dollars.
“He [Engoran] made up this crazy ‘KILL TRUMP’ decision, assigning insanely low values to properties, despite overwhelming evidence. AS AN EXAMPLE, HE VALUES THE MOST SPECTACULAR PROPERTY IN PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, MAR-A-LAGO, AT $18,000,000, WHEN IT IS WORTH POSSIBLY 100 TIMES THAT AMOUNT. His anger & hatred is politically motivated & unprecedented by those who watched! My actual Net Worth is MUCH GREATER than the number shown on the Financial Statements, a BIG SURPRISE to him & the Racist A.G., Letitia James, who campaigned for office on a get Trump Platform. While murderers roam the sidewalks of New York, my banks are happy, all loans are current, or paid off in full, sometimes early, with no defaults or problems of any kind. There is also an IRONCLAD DISCLAIMER CLAUSE!” Trump added.“This is a lawsuit that should never have been brought,” Trump continued. “It is a POLITICALLY MOTIVATED WITCH HUNT by a Racist Attorney General, and a Deranged, Trump Hating Judge. If we’re not in the habit of observing a weekly Sabbath day of rest, we can look at the fourth commandment in the same way, not understanding what a gift it is.
Follow along with the worldwide Jewish community in the weekly Torah Portion, or Parasha — a reading plan that takes us through the first five books of the Bible in a year. Many also add a “Haftorah” reading from the Nevi’im, which are the prophetic and other books of the Hebrew Scriptures. Messianic Jews often add a passage from the Gospels as well. We personally read and meditate on the Torah Portion during the week before its Shabbat reading in synagogue.
