Engoran did James a huge favor and delivered a summary judgment in her favor ruling that – without even having a trial – Trump defrauded the banks and that his New York based LLCs would go into receivership and Trump would lose his New York business licenses, meaning Trump may no longer be able to do business in New York.This could result in Trump having to sell his golf course in West Chester and the iconic Trump Tower.
Trump blistered the Democrat judge and the politically-motivated ruling on Truth Social.
“I have a Deranged, Trump Hating Judge, who RAILROADED this FAKE CASE through a NYS Court at a speed never seen before, refusing to let it go to the Commercial Division, where it belongs, denying me everything, No Trial, No Jury,” Trump wrote.
Trump slammed the judge for claiming a tax assessor value of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million when Trump valued it at between $400 and $600 million equated fraud despite the fact that real estate listing values Mar-a-Lago at several hundred million dollars.
