Grandma Waters Will Consider Presidency ‘If Millennials Want Me To’

Can we deport millennials?

Elderly Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters says she has no plans to run for president in 2020… unless the millennials want her to.
Waters, 78, peaked interest when she headed to New Hampshire for an appearance and the Daily Caller took the opportunity to ask if she would like to announce some plans under way for the White House. Initially, she said her visit was purely for support of the Democratic Party and added, “I’m not running for anything but my own seat. I don’t have any presidential aspirations.”
But then Waters sounded persuadable: “If the millennials want me to do it, I’d do it, though.”
Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), who is three years younger than Waters, was pretty popular among millennials during the 2016 election, except they weren’t too reliable to actually vote. Auntie Maxine apparently believes that young people are looking to the elderly to represent their worldview. She will be 82 in 2020. Trump is the oldest to be elected president at age 70.
Salon likes the idea, saying Waters loves millennials and “we love her back.” The progressive outlet said she would make a great president because “she’s not afraid to attack the right... and she's a strong black woman." What better qualifications could there be?
But until then, Waters will continue the impeach Trump movement while she decides.
