(now 29) was 14 years old when he left his Egyptian homeland and came to Germany.Years later, more than a dozen women in Berlin subways and at stations became his victims. On Tuesday, he confessed to the sexual assaults in the district court. But in court yesterday, he presented this as a translation error: “The interpreter was racist.”Aly E. also allegedly raped a woman: at around 2:35 pm on February 17, 2018 on the Kaiserin-Augusta-Strasse underground station, according to an indictment, he grabbed a woman “under her dress from behind, while at the same time pleasuring himself”.The judge asked the defendant in horror: “So you mean, you can do that here in Germany? Grabbing women between their legs and exposing yourself publicly is allowed here?”Guilt should be the drugsThe sex offender defends himself again: “That’s what heroin did.” His alleged drug use: heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, alcohol, blue pills….
