GOOGLE PLEDGES TO RETURN ‘MORE HELPFUL’ RESULTS AFTER SEARCH FOR ‘JEWISH BABY STROLLERS’ IS FOUND TO PRODUCE ANTI-SEMITIC IMAGES

GIANT SWASTIKA PAINTED ON BRISTOL CAR ON YOM KIPPUR

Police in Bristol, England, are investigating a giant swastika found painted on the hood of a car across the street from a Jewish resident on Yom Kippur. The owner of the car was Jewish and the swastika was found by Jewish resident Nick Bayne who tweeted the incident, expressing his horror at witnessing this symbol on the holiest day of the Jewish calendar. Read Here

German police in Frankfurt have launched an investigation into Israeli musician Ana Agre who waved the Israeli flag at an anti-Israel demonstration organized by a pro-BDS group in July. Agre was confronted by protestors yelling “Nazis out.” A Frankfurt police officer addressed Agre in English, recorded her identity and asked her to leave the demonstration because her presence was “provocative to the young Muslims.”  Read Here

In a scene in the Hamas TV series Self-Sacrificing Fighter (Fida’i), a Jewish family sits by the hospital bed of a relative, discussing who might have injured him. They reach the “conclusion” that this could only have been an Arab. Qatari press published numerous cartoons mocking Arab countries who support normalization with Israel. These countries were portrayed as traitors who serve Israel and the U.S. while stabbing the Palestinians in the back. Police in France have arrested a man for an attempted assault on a Jewish TV presenter at the Paris studio where she works. The unnamed man was taken into custody after he entered the studio and confronted Valerie Benaim over her trenchant criticism of Freeze Corleone — a French rapper whose hit debut album is steeped in “anti-Semitism, conspiracy theories, and apologies for Hitler, the Third Reich and [Afghan Taliban commander] Mullah Omar.” Read Here

Police in Moscow arrested a man for vandalizing the offices of a Russian Jewish organization in an anti-Semitic attack. The man shouted anti-Semitic slurs as he attempted to break through the door of the building. When he failed to do so, he reportedly broke the nameplate on the mailbox and toppled a large decorative menorah. He also did minor damage to the rabbi’s car before he was arrested. Read Here

DUTCH CITY NAMES AS ITS POET A RAPPER WHO CALLED HOLOCAUST A ‘JOKE’

A Dutch city named as its resident poet rapper Darryl Dancelo Osenga, who in a 2012 song, called the Holocaust a “cover up for dumb sheep” and a “joke” compared to slavery. The decision by the office of Jos Wienen, the mayor of Haarlem, sparked protest from Jewish groups. Read Here

NEO-NAZI SCANDINAVIAN GROUP TARGETS JEWS ON YOM KIPPUR

The Nordic Resistance Movement took anti-Semitic actions in 20 different cities in the region. They onfronted Jewish worshippers, stood in front of synagogues, and placed anti-Semitic posters in public areas with Jewish communities. The Nordic Resistance Movement wrote that it had chosen to do these actions on Yom Kippur in order to “make the Nordic people aware of foreign customs and Zionist ruling plans throughout the Nordic region.” Read Here
