Biden, Pelosi Support “Most Radical” Abortion Bill Despite Catholic Faith
The Women’s Health Protection Act, introduced last year, has been getting more attention from Democrats and Republicans.
Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi who admittedly claim they are “practicing Catholics”, are fiercly backing the S.1975 – Women’s Health Protection Act of 2021 (H.R. 3755).
In June, just months after Democrat leader Biden won the Presidential office, Rep. Judy Chu of California (D) introduced the Abortion On Demand bill, which was initially sponsored by Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.).
The Act states it is “To protect a person’s ability to determine whether to continue or end a pregnancy, and to protect a health care provider’s ability to provide abortion services.”
United States Conference of Catholic Bishops calls this bill “the most radical abortion bill of all time.” Some are calling this bill “The Abortion On Demand Until Birth Act” because of just how far out it is.
If passed, this legislation would invalidate state laws, like the most recent Texas abortion law, would require healthcare workers to perform abortions, and would provide more taxpayer money (your money) to fund the abortions.
There are quite a few Senators that are hopeful this bill will pass, including Senators who supported it when presented last year, as seen below:

If this bill passes, it would force all Americans to support abortions both here and abroad, regardless of their personal beliefs or religion. Furthermore, it would override the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, where pro-life doctors and healthcare workers were protected by their religious beliefs and did not have to perform abortions.
The bill would also eliminate state protections for children from abortion based on their sex, race, or diagnosis of a genetic abnormality such as Down syndrome.
Some experts demand answers on why the federal government is overstepping its boundaries when the 10th Amendment states it is up to the states to regulate such decisions. The 10th Amendment states “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
Both President Joe Biden and 30-year Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi make a big deal about being Catholic, especially when it works in their favor. In this case, if the bill is highly supported and pushed through, you will see not only Biden and Pelosi show their true colors but also conservative members of the Senate who might have been hiding behind the smoke screens come out and support the bill as well.
Pelosi, who was re-elected to a fourth term in 2021, is the sixth richest member of the House of Representatives and has a net worth of about $114 million.
