And now Joe Biden just threatened to suspend the Constitution over an upcoming Supreme Court ruling.
The Supreme Court is expected to issue a ruling potentially overturning Roe v. Wade any day now.
After a draft of the opinion was leaked to POLITICO showing the Justices ready to reverse Roe and return the issue of abortion back to the states, the Left went into a frenzy over it.
Violent left-wing mobs
Democrats from the White House on down publicly demanded mobs of left-wing protesters take to the streets and express their outrage over Roe v. Wade potentially being overturned.
Even though protesting in front of a judge’s home violates federal and state law, Democrats cheered on the radical left-wing mobs who gathered outside of the homes of conservative Supreme Court Justices trying to pressure them into backing off from reversing Roe.
After a left-wing madman was arrested with a gun and burglary tools outside the home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Democrats refused to even acknowledge the attempted assassination.
Instead, Democrats and the left-wing media continued to encourage protesters to take to the streets and express their support for abortion on demand.
During an interview with ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel, Biden warned of a “mini-revolution” if the Supreme Court overturned Roe.
“I don’t think the country will stand for it,” Biden said of a possible Roe defeat in the Supreme Court on Kimmel. “If in fact the decision comes down the way it does, and these states impose the limitations they’re talking about, it’s going to cause a mini-revolution and they’re going to vote these folks out of office.”
Joe Biden threatens to suspend the Constitution
According to a report in The New York Times, Joe Biden is threatening to declare a “public health emergency” if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.
“Biden would use the declaration of a public health emergency to shield doctors from legal liability for treating patients in a state where they are not licensed,” Breitbart reported.
Biden is also considering allowing doctors in states where abortion would be banned if Roe is overturned to perform abortions on federal sites such as U.S. military bases.
Of course, this wouldn’t be the first time Biden used a “public health emergency” to suspend the Constitution and seize illegal powers.
The Supreme Court previously rebuked Joe Biden for using the Centers for Disease Control to issue a new rule blocking landlords from evicting tenants that refused to pay rent.
Biden also used a public health emergency as his excuse for trying to force every eligible American to get vaccinated and boosted for COVID.
Fortunately, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals struck down Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate.
