Jared Kushner Touts Abraham Accords Amid Israel-Hamas War

The Abraham Accords were signed by leaders of countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Israel and Bahrain, as reported by Newsmax.
In 2020, the Trump administration helped broker the Abraham Accords, which were essentially a series of peace agreements between Israel and Arab nations, per Newsmax.
At the FII conference, multiple officials spoke ill of the events in the Middle East, citing the need for the Abraham Accords.
“What we see is more jitters in what has already been an anxious world,” International Monetary Fund (IMF) Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva said at the conference. “And on a horizon that had plenty of clouds, one more – and it can get deeper.”
Kushner said that Israel has a right to protect itself from terrorists and that the Holy Land’s ability to protect its citizens was “absolutely crucial…non-negotiable.”
The former Trump adviser added that Palestinians should have the “opportunity to live a better life,” but “it’s not just saying, ‘let’s create a state,’ it has to be a state that can function and thrive.”
Kushner denounced the pro-Hamas protests occurring across the globe, with many calling for the destruction of Israel and the eradication of Jews.
“What they should be doing is protesting the Palestinian leadership; they should be protesting Hamas. They should be saying, ‘Give these people the ability to live a better life,’” Kushner said.
Simply put, under Trump, the world was at peace, while, under Biden, the world is in shambles. In 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine. As of today, China is flirting with the idea of invading Taiwan and just recently, Hamas invaded Israel.
