Trump Demands THIS ‘Troublemaker and Agitator’ Be Impeached

“Radical Left Lunatic” Boasberg, an Obama appointee, has blocked Trump’s critical effort to remove dangerous criminal aliens from American communities.
The President did not mince words when addressing Judge Boasberg’s interference with his administration’s deportation efforts.
In a fiery Truth Social post, Trump called for the judge’s impeachment, pointing out that he was executing the will of the American people who elected him with a mandate to tackle illegal immigration.
He posted:
“This Radical Left Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator who was sadly appointed by Barack Hussein Obama, was not elected President – He didn’t WIN the popular VOTE (by a lot!), he didn’t WIN ALL SEVEN SWING STATES, he didn’t WIN 2,750 to 525 Counties, HE DIDN’T WIN ANYTHING!”
The DOJ has responded by requesting an appeals court remove Boasberg from the case, arguing that presidential actions are not subject to judicial review.
Boasberg temporarily halted the use of the Alien Enemies Act, which the Trump administration has been using to deport Venezuelan gang members without court hearings.
This interference comes at a critical time when dangerous Tren de Aragua gang members are threatening American communities.
The Trump administration had already successfully deported more than 260 aliens before the judge’s written order was issued, showing the President’s determination to fulfill his promises to the American people.
The legal battle centers on whether the 1798 Alien Enemies Act can be applied in this case. The Trump administration maintains that the law provides the necessary authority to protect Americans from foreign threats.
At the same time, left-wing groups like the ACLU have filed lawsuits claiming the deportations are improper.
The DOJ also has stood firm in refusing to answer certain questions about the deportations, citing legitimate national security concerns that the judge seems determined to ignore.
Moreover, ICE officials have defended the deportations by explaining that many of the Venezuelan gang members do not have criminal records in the U.S. simply because they have only been in the country for a short time.
“The lack of a criminal record does not indicate they pose a limited threat,” said Robert L Cerna, highlighting these individuals’ danger.
Despite left-wing critics questioning the administration’s methods for identifying gang members, Trump’s team is focused on the primary goal of protecting American citizens from potential violence.
Trump supporters in Congress are rallying behind the President, with Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) indicating his intention to file articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg.
Elon Musk has also supported impeaching the judge, showing that prominent Americans recognize the danger of judicial overreach.
The administration has arranged for El Salvador to house 300 illegals for a year at a cost of $6 million, demonstrating Trump’s commitment to finding practical solutions to the immigration crisis.
While Boasberg’s restraining order is only temporary, with further hearings scheduled, the clash highlights the ongoing struggle between a President determined to fulfill his campaign promises and activist judges determined to block his agenda.
For now, the administration awaits a ruling from the appeals court while continuing to prioritize American safety over the concerns of illegal aliens.
