Trump Makes Declaration that Has the Left FUMING

President Donald Trump pushed aside media rumors that Elon Musk is exceeding his authority. Nope, Trump declared, he’s doing exactly what he’s supposed to be doing. Not only that, he’s way too busy slashing red tape and trimming the budget fat to be up to any industrial espionage.

President backs Musk

While President Donald Trump was jetting down to New Orleans for the Superbowl, Fox released a preview clip of his interview with Bret Baier. “I ran on this,” Trump observed.

I’ve had a great help with Elon Musk, who’s been terrific.” The special advisor has been brought onboard specifically to “overhaul the federal government.

Musk’s been going at the task nonstop since he started. Democrats and their lawyers can’t keep up with him.

The Department of Education and the Pentagon are the next targets President Trump has in his sights. Baier quizzed the chief executive whether he “trusts” the 53-year-old billionaire.

Trust Elon?” Trump chuckled. That’s a good one. “Oh, he’s not gaining anything,” the president assures. “In fact, how he can devote the time to it? He’s so into it.

He tends to eat and sleep wherever he’s working. Just roll a sleeping bag out on the floor and he’s a happy camper. The tech guru is already shaking up the status quo like an earthquake rumbling through the district.

Audit federal apparatus

The prime reason President Trump chose Musk to run the Department of Government Efficiency was to ferret out waste, fraud and abuse. “Through DOGE, Musk has deployed a slew of tech whizzes and other talent to essentially audit the federal apparatus.

He’s already canceled foreign aid to everyone and closed all the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion offices.

In recent weeks, Democrats whimper, “DOGE has targeted government agencies such as the US Agency for International Development and a smattering of government contracts, to much fanfare from conservatives.

The Department of Education and the Pentagon are the next targets.

The president notes that’s only the beginning. “I’m going to tell him very soon, like maybe in 24 hours, to go check the Department of Education.

Not only is he likely to find the same sort of wasteful fraud advancing the progressive agenda at DOE, he’s probably going to find even more at the Pentagon.

Then I’m going [to tell him] go to the military — let’s check the military. We’re going to find billions, hundreds of billions, of dollars of waste, fraud and abuse.” He’s got a mandate to do that. “People elected me on that,” the president relates.
