Sen Fetterman Defies Party Narrative to Condemn “Anarchy” in Los Angeles
By Noah Stanton

Los Angeles looks like a warzone. For days now, anti-ICE rioters have been on a rampage. Cars are burning. Buildings are smashed. Police officers are being attacked. It’s the kind of chaos that makes decent people wonder if their leaders have lost their minds.
Instead of trying to stop the madness, California’s Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom and LA’s Mayor Karen Bass have a strange idea. They think President Trump sending in the National Guard and Marines to help is the real problem. In fact, they’re so upset about help arriving that they’re suing the President! They say he can’t send troops unless they ask. So, while LA citizens face danger, their leaders are busy fighting those trying to restore peace.
But hold on. Just when you think all common sense has fled the Democratic party, one voice pipes up. Senator John Fetterman, a Democrat from Pennsylvania, actually said what many are thinking. He looked at the mess in Los Angeles and decided he couldn’t stay quiet.
From ‘Fox News’ (citing Fetterman’s X post):
I unapologetically stand for free speech, peaceful demonstrations, and immigration—but this is not that. This is anarchy and true chaos. My party loses the moral high ground when we refuse to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings, and assaulting law enforcement.
Fetterman hit the nail on the head. He said his party loses the “moral high ground” by not speaking out against this violence. You have to wonder: where are the other Democrats? Why aren’t they all shouting from the rooftops that this destruction is wrong? It seems like many are either too scared to speak or, worse, they quietly agree with the chaos.
