The Los Angeles Police Department has sent three cases involving Hollywood mega-producer Harvey Weinstein to the District Attorney to consider charges. There are no details on which cases these are.
Paul Marciano
Supermodel Kate Upton has shared the details of her allegations against Guess founder Paul Marciano. She says he groped and touched her as well as making inappropriate comments, then fired her when she rejected his behavior. Time has the details.
Larry Nassar

More than 60 new complaints against former USA Gymnastics Larry Nassar have been logged by Michigan State University in the last 3 weeks.
Olympian Aly Raisman says coach John Geddert knew about sexual abuse by Nassar for years.
"We would talk about it amongst ourselves," Raisman told CNN. "And one of my teammates described in graphic detail what Nassar had done to her the night before. And John Geddert was in the car with us and he just didn't say anything."
Quentin Tarantino
Quentin Tarantino has been under fire for saying Samantha Geimer, the 13 year-old statutory rape victim of Roman Polanski, was a "party girl" who "was down with this." He has apologized this week for those comments made in 2003, saying he was playing "devil's advocate" to be "provocative."
